Embarrassing experience

Hi, I love these bags and was so excited to visit the shop in Cowes to purchase one, sadly paying for the bag was not so good as there was a problem with there card machine which blocked both my cards trying a few attempts It felt as though I was to blame and not her card reader, but as entering the shop a lady had just purchased a bag and was chased down the road because her card had not gone through on the reader. So obviously not my cards at fault.
Still love the bag though.
