Wrong item and poor customer service
They sent me the wrong item and have made it difficult to sort out. I’m still out of pocket but hopefully will get a partial refund at some point and just keep the item which wasn’t the one I wanted.

I don’t understand why I have to pay…
I don’t understand why I have to pay some other customs fee in addition to my purchase. And I don’t press a single button there to pay. I physically cannot pay for it. This is the first time I’ve seen something like this where you have to pay something extra besides the product.

Best quality for incense sticks you can smell
I usually find scented sticks overwhelming and they give me a headache because they often smell very artificial. However, I decided to try using scented sticks on my terrace to repel mosquitoes. The incense sticks arrived quickly from England (remember that you not only pay shipping costs but also custom fees to the EU) and the package already had a very appealing scent. I couldn't wait for good weather in Germany, so I lit a stick indoors. I have to say, the scent is very natural, relaxing, and not overpowering. The scents I chose have convinced me that I can enjoy them. This won't be my last purchase. Thank you
