Excellent customer service
Popped into the Birmingham branch in the bullring. The colleague that helped was very helpful.
They have a variety of mats available with varying prices. She could have easily tried pushing the more expensive mat however her customer service was amazing and she provided advice on the weight too. Making it an easy decision to go with a vegan cork mat making it lightweight when taking it to and from classes.

Beautiful website with lots of helpful imformation. Was very pleased with my first purchase. I got a vegan yoga mat and the quality is immaculate, the design is stunning! My favourite mat to date! I’ve used this for a while now and it’s still looks brand new. Thank you Myga! Will definitely be using again to purchase some new accessories

Entry level yoga mats are NOT non-slip!
I bought two 'entry level' yoga mats, one as a spare for me to take to the studio and one as a gift. I specifically asked whether they were non-slip and I was told that they were. Having used them, it was clear straight away that hands and feet slide. I took this up with the company whose reply was, 'to ensure that the mat is cleaned regularly and avoid creams and oils', which is obvious to most people, especially regular yogis!
The company has replied to me and taken on board what I've said and dealt with it to my satisfaction, thank you!

The yoga block I received was damaged…
The yoga block I received was damaged sadly. I have emailed, but have not received a reply yet.
I did receive the set for Christmas which includes a mat, block and strap which I am very happy with, which is why I visited the website to purchase more items.
Update:
This matter has been Speedily and Satisfactorily resolved this morning.
Replacement yoga blocks shipped and discount code provided for next order.
Sometimes things don't go as expected but this matter was resolved quickly with excellent customer service.
