Got my situation sorted straight away now I'm waiting on refund mistakes do happen but finally sorted out quick response to my issue

This is company are not transparent, they trick me to buy an item, and afterwards the product was not sent and they keep taking money from my account without informing me, after my complaints, I was assure that my money will be refunded back in four to five days, but have not received the money yet, so I'm waiting if things change i will come back to give more review.

I thought I was purchasing a product. I went through the checkout process and noticed a tick box about a recurring payment. I un ticked this and completed my order. When I checked my email confirmation it said I had been signed up for a membership. This is not what I ordered. I tried to reach out to their customer service who have said they won't do anything about it and I would have had an email 3 days ago about a pending payment.

I am pleased to say that the company reached out after my review and offered to refund my money. I trust this will happen and am pleased with this action taken from my review.

I responded to an internet offer which cropped up online.
I thought at the time the price of £2.00 seemed very cheap, but in light of companies like "Temu" and "Shien", believed £2.00 to be a small risk.
I expected to find terms and conditions, but there were none, just the payment process at the end of which my screen went straight back to the online game I'd been playing.
Within a couple of days, a withdrawl of nearly fifty pounds was taken, obviously using the same card details as I had made no further payment and having "signed up" to nothing.
I have received emails from "my gaming" telling me my "account" is now open and that further amounts will be taken.
I have cancelled my card, withdrawn my money and cancelled my account to prevent this effective theft.
I have contacted their "customer support team" and merely received information on how to access my "account". It is not their practice to make refunds !
I am not interested in their T &C' as I have never seen or accepted them.
UPDATE ..... I have now received an offer of repayment in exchange for an update.
On repayment of all funds taken, I will consider this "misunderstanding", successfully and amicably resolved.
I have no wish to penalise an honest, law abiding company.
As always....."et caveat emptor".

I got a call this evening from their escalation team who offered to rectify the issue.(Issue being that they advertised on Instagram as a pair of Nike shoes for £9 and like a fool I clicked on it and paid only to be sent an email saying I joined mygamingcentral) Followed by an email offering to refund my money IF I leave a good review on here. SO my review is still that they are con artists but I want my money refunded so I will say that the escalation team did well I hope (when I actually get my money back)

Con artists, took my money on tiktop shop and signed me up without my permission to a €35 per month account. I wont even get the item i payed for, they told me it was a gift card for there site. Avoid them.
