My Garage Supply states they will beat any advertised price. The key to the deception is you must buy from My Garage Supply first. So I did as advertised, I bought from My Garage Supply Supply first.
I bought 3 sets of castors for the 11,000 four post lift at $450 each and contacted My Garage Supply to tell them that I found a site that has the same castors for the Katool 11,000lbs lift for $320 each.
I gave the the site address and phone number to call and you guessed it......they refused to beat the price or refund my money so I could at least get for $320 each.
This is a super dishonest company and if you look on Facebook Market Place there is a company that sells Katool Equipment WAY cheaper than My Garage Supply.

Whatever you do, stay away from this Company. They advertise products on their website that they are not even authorized to sell. I ordered thousands of dollars in garage cabinets from this company, only for them to at first confirm the order, then tell me there would be a slight delay of about a week in delivery, and then one week after that tell me that they are no longer authorized to sell New Age Products and had to cancel my order. Now I have to start over ordering from a new company while my garage renovation is put on hold because this company lied about having garage cabinets "in stock and ready to ship", when in fact they are not even authorized to sell New Age garage cabinets.

No answers when I emailed or called. The chat room is a joke they only give the same answers none. They say shipping takes 5 to 7 days Im at 20 days still no reply

False advertising and rude associates and mangers, buyer beware !

Scam site. Pure lies. Wildly inaccurate product availability and misleading policies. Product pages and shopping carts clearly state free shipping and they hit you up for major shipping charges on the side. Items say in stock yet they take two+ months to ship. Avoid!
