This site impersonates Garmin. I paid $60 for a cheap band worth $5. Avoid mygarminbands.store — it’s not affiliated with Garmin.

This company is deceiving people
This company is deceiving people. Their company and products are not affiliated to Garmin at all. You'll pay £16-20 for a cheap low-quality strap. Once you initiate a return they will deduct £1.69 restocking fee and £6.79 for a return fee but you will not get a paid return label. In short it's a trap. Beware of this scam.
Nothing to do with Garmin
The straps are cheap rubbish and very poor quality. Flexing my wrist caused the pins to come out of the watch. Good job as I was only getting out of a chair and not somewhere where the Venu 2 could have been damaged

Deceptive website and branding, did not deliver, avoid, reported to ACCC
Hadn't even dispatched after 7 days and no update until requested. I presume never intended on delivering or dropshipping from China or something. Website is clearly intended to deceive customer into thinking it is an official Garmin website (logo is the same just different colour, font is the same, uses Garmin in the name). I have reported to the ACCC although the company is registered in France.
I've had Shopify websites and I know how easy it is to scam and deceive. Embarrassed I fell for this one.
EDIT: I requested cancellation of the order before they had shipped and a full refund. They then proceeded to ship the order anyway and stated I was therefore not entitled to a full refund until I had returned the product. HIGHLY DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Avoid and read the small print
Please, please, please read the instructions on the web site before making any purchase.
The site clearly states "all products presented are generic and are not official Garmin products".
As others have said, avoid at all costs and stick to genuine Garmin products.
Non branded bands
Website.is really well designed to look pro they reuse pictures from the official site.
The bands are cheap made in China Tat which is not made clear on the website.
Avoid like the plague.

Misleading Branding and Unreliable Service
Although this company uses Garmin’s branding, they are not affiliated with Garmin. The disclaimer is buried at the bottom of their store page, and they seem to rely on customers not noticing it.
Their ordering system is unreliable. I purchased a quick-release strap for my Forerunner 255, listed at 22mm, but received a generic 18mm strap that didn’t fit. Most customers won’t think to re-check their order confirmation email, but I strongly advise doing so.
When I contacted customer service, they were prompt but refused to accept responsibility. They offered a return, but only if I covered shipping and customs costs myself. This is disappointing service. I will not purchase from them again, and I urge others to avoid them as well.
