This is an awful scam. Yes, you are being misled that it’s a genuine Garmin product. Not even close, these are the cheapest eBay fakes you can find. Definitely not worth it.

The worst shopping experience. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered and was the wrong one. Then to return I have to pay international shipping which would cost close to the same amount as the band.

Terrible quality strap, and the little device that came with it that was meant to allow you to take links out broke IMMEDIATELY. 3 weeks to deliver, ridiculously slow. I had to take it to a jeweller to get them to change the links out, the cheap rubbish pins all broke and had to be replaced. Hard avoid.

My strap is far lower quality than a genuine Garmin strap. It is a lot thinner and far less robust. My strap has started unlatching repeatedly, at the slightest touch, which means my watch comes flying off. It is meant to be white but has turned an off-pink colour. I have only owned the strap 5 weeks. I contacted mygarminstraps and asked for a refund which they refused. They told me it was my fault the strap was faulty. I recommend don’t buy this product and purchase directly from Garmin instead!

I thought this was genuine Garmin, I realised just as I'd hit confirm on the order so emailed immediately to cancel.

Received no reply for almost a week, and said it's too late to cancel.

Item still not arrived. Having to contact my card company to report.

Totally Scam, they will play with you, mails and excuses, not recomend, never get the strap, they are smart and answer mails with fake traking numbers

Although delivery was a bit slow, the item I bought was delivered properly and it does look on a Garmin!

I have been waiting two weeks since I ordered and paid a strap for my watch. Apparantly there is no tracking available for delivery to the Netherlands. Customer service is not replying my mail with questions, nor have I heard anything else since I placed the order.

Ordered productvia garminstraps.shop. Promised delivery within 48 hours. It's over a week later. Website closed down.
SCAM

The strap I received was not the quality I was expecting so I decided to return it. After quite a battle to get them to accept the return (which they allow according to their website), I have not received a refund. They also seem to register a lot of domains for their websites that they then close down. I ordered on mygarminstraps.store (now closed) and there was also mygarminstraps.shop. (also closed). mygarminstraps.fr still seems to be in operation but they are clearly the same company as the contact details, address and web content is exactly the same. I have also now found the same straps available on the usual large websites for about a third of the price.

this company seems to be a scam. similar to other sI purchase because I thought they were a garmin official site, the straps never arrived and the website au mygarminstraps is no longer accessible.
Please steer clear

I purchased in April 2024 for a Garmin Fenix 6 Pro watch. I presumed I was getting a genuine garmin product, as the website had all the official logos etc. However, once the replacement strap arrived, it felt a little different from my original one but had all the correct markings and fitted true. After several weeks the black paint coating started coming off, and now 4 months it's 90% bare. The strap itself is OK but feel like it's an expensive replacement for the real thing. I will be replacing this strap from the official store. I think this website has now been taken down as I wanted to complain.. Be careful and if you want a fake replacement strap then I advise use amazon.

I do confirm ... don't buy from this company.
It's absolutely not legit ... honestly I thought I was buying from Garmin 'official website'.
They should do something so their customers are not scammed.
Straps are bad quality, and expensive. Make me think about things you could by for $1 on Chinese websites.

Unfortunately an extreme dissapointment. Aweful quality of the straps. Exactly like the AliExpress ones but 10 times more expensive. Poor customer service. The straps have to send back on my own cost although the straps do not hold tight!

The strap arrived finally today after over a week waiting. It was free delivery so can't complain to much. The strap is decent quality, but is small on each side and does not fit my garmin instinct solar 22mm as the original. I had sent email inquiring about delivery and got no response and reading the reviews here, I'm sorry I did not check here first. The company are most definitely not Garmin. Be careful if you buy and do not have huge expectations. I would upload photos of issue only no option to here.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a strap titanium strap from them and when it arrived it was the wrong colour, really poor quality and it was in a package with Chinese writing on which makes me believe it was sent straight from China. The same strap is available from Chinese sellers for less than half the cost but I was lead to believe it was of a higher quality. I emailed the company about returning the item and when I finally got a reply all I was told it where to send it and to put a note with the order number on it. Once I had sent it I gave them the tracking number and they emailed back stating that I should have used a different delivery company as that's the only one they deal with (which was not mentioned in the first email). There was noone at their shop when delivery was attempted so it has been delivered to a local collection point but it has been sitting there for over a week and after multiple emails I have still not had any response from them. I am now £110 down and have no watch strap! Terrible company!!!!
