New spelling for no integrity: mygeeni

My wife found the hummingbird feeder with a camera at TJ Maxx and thought it would be like our Birdify regular bird feeder; it is not. A broken piece took weeks of back and forth CSR requests for video/descriptions/repeated different agents who you had to reinvent issue vs. look at the thread. When finally agreed, they said part is on back order. Over two months later (and hummingbirds have come thru our area) still no part received or replacement of unit. Finally asked for refund but no response. Tried to fix unit using defective part but noticed hummingbirds go to our other feeder but not this one; almost like flower portal is wrong for them. Stay away from mygeeni; they won't give you your wish or satisfaction for poor parts on their units.

Trash apps

Trash apps. They make your life miserable with the cameras and the app to force you to buy cloud subscription. Trash method. My advice is to run away and don't waste your money. Try to buy a system that does not require subscription because all camera systems that require subscription are bad.

Rotable camera

Bought a geeni outside camera that doesn't rotate and it worked great but didn't give me the security I wanted so decided to invest in one that rotates but this is the biggest waste of money and time. It's always offline and doesn't work as soon ass you get a bit of cold. You can reset it and it works for 10 minutes and dies. Get something that works don't waste money on rotable cameras

Too much add and pressure to sell you a subscription monthly fee
Lot of bug and very slow
Not good for security
I try 5 different sd card for backup memory
Still loose time of the day even with the most expenssive sd card with all requirement ask is on
A total waste of time and money

Look into any other camera

The cameras are just ok but if you have any issues or questions is when the mental torture starts.Even if you have your timezone set,the time on your camera will be an hour ahead or behind.Their chat no longer works even though they are faking that it does so you have to call and talk to someone who has no clue about how the camera work or how to troubleshoot ANY issues that is more often then not caused by them.These people are getting paid by geeni to do nothing but give you a headache and stress.When the usb adapter stops working for you camera they will moronically suggest buying a generic one.A HUGE electronic no no.When these completely stop working I will be buy something else.No one deserves the literal abuse the geeni reps put people through.
