Quality Issues and Concerns About Authenticity of Reviews

I've ordered from Gekks twice before, but something has changed. The liners are now much thicker, and they make my feet sweat—something that's not typical for me. This makes the shoes uncomfortable. Since these are loafers and flats, I wouldn't expect my feet to sweat that much. The increased thickness also makes the shoes feel tighter. I didn’t experience these issues with my previous pairs, so I wouldn't buy again based on this change alone.

Additionally, I find it strange that you can't leave a review on their website. While there are thousands of reviews, there’s no option to add your own, which makes me suspect that the reviews might not be genuine. It seems like they may be paying for or incentivizing reviews, or only targeting people who would leave positive feedback.

seems very sketchy

seems very sketchy. i was fed an instagram ad for these socks today, and they seemed nice, some comments on the post were supposedly from people who used and liked them, so i placed an order (difficult experience), but never got any email confirmation.

Better Business Bureau shows a long list of very troubling comments from people suggesting they never got their orders and could not reach anyone from support.

i am concerned that this is a fraudulent business and i'll eventually have to fight to get a refund like everyone else. so many scams :/
