Complaints Resolved

I previously had two major complaints with MyGermany from years ago but their management reached out and resolved both of my complaints. It seems they have changed and have great customer service now.

You mention that we paid money to have your review removed and that we still owe you EUR 100. I would like to address this and find a solution / revisit your case to achieve that myGermany doesn't look as bad as you claim.

It is not true that we pay money to have reviews removed. What makes you think that?

You also mention that you are giving us such a bad review because you were not paid back EUR 100. Unfortunately, I cannot understand this - but I would like to offer you a solution as soon as possible. Can you briefly describe what exactly happened?

Unfortunately, we have had a high level of staff turnover over the last two months with increasing demand. We are currently hiring staff, but this often results in information being lost and I would be pleased if you could briefly summarize this for me.

Slow communication and support

I hate to write such reviews to companies, especially in the logistic business since I have many years of experience in this field, and I know how hard it can be. However, this company has one of the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I had a package delivered to them and have not been able to get them to respond to me for over 10 days! I even tried pinging their CEO on linkedin, with no luck. I tried calling them and you get an automatic answering machine, where I left a voice message with no one responding.

Update:
After a few weeks I was contacted by their CEO Chris and things started moving much faster and better. I also worked with Dora who was very responsive. Yesterday I am happy to say that my packaged arrived to my house after close to two months, but better late than never.
Will I use their service again? I am not sure I would, but I will say that maybe my bad experience was due to Chris the CEO being on vacation and the fact that what I needed shipped and the location where not the usual stuff they work on. Either way I hope they will work on dramatically improving their support communication skills and speed.

Perfekt!!

A wonderful way to get toys and clothes that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to because of shipping restrictions. Prices for consolidated shipments are very reasonable. I've never had any issues and everything is always quick. Danke!

I've been working with them for over a year now, and they are good! I've been trying to find a 3PL in Germany for a while, and they are the best i've found so far. The team is professional and always respond quickly.

Awesome service

Awesome service! I've been using it to buy things from Germany since 2020, and I've never been disappointed :) Their prices are fair, and they have a convenient door-to-door delivery service alongside big shipping companies, which allow for quick deliveries even when shipping overseas. I live in Mexico, and packages have always arrived perfectly fine and directly to my home. They also fulfill your special requests without hesitation. For me, the best forwarding service in Germany.

Appalling service

Update 13 Nov 2024:
Changing review from 1 star to 3 stars after the CEO contacted me directly and offered a refund which I've now received. It sounds like they are making a number of changes to avoid situations like this happening again in the future. It's great to finally have a resolution after 6 months but just wish none of it had ever happened. Hopefully the changes being introduced by the team and extra staff coming in will help them become a great service again.

When repacking my concierge order, myGermany stacked the heavy items badly in the box which led to €400+ damage during transport. No one from the Claims team ever responded to any of my emails, I'm guessing because the box had no damage on the outside so they couldn't put the blame on the courier (and yes, I'd ticked the options for insurance and extra packaging).

The amount of time and energy I've wasted with these people far outweighs any savings I could have made using their 'service'. Do yourself a favour and find someone else to handle your shipments.

I understood that the item git damaged and you asked for a refund of 440 EUR which was not paid, correct?

I would like to state, that we have changed our policy (among others because of your case) and we will now take liability/responsibility and reimburse in such cases. Said that, I would like to suggest to refund 440 EUR and provide a 50% discount for your next shipment in order to show that myGermany can do differently!

Would love to get some feedback.

First Time mygermany customer and My…

First Time mygermany customer and My package IS stuck in mygermany system .
Only way to contack them IS email and answering Times are very long
My package arrived to mygermany 29.8.2024 and now its allready 5.9.2024 still waiting for answer to My email
Realy disapointed should have Been quik and easy.

After many emails and days waiting got My Packet shipped to me . Took 6days to Finland from germany
There should Be number to Call and faster email answers

Mygermany tryed to contact me with email because of this review to get it removed or something.
Seems now mygermany have deleted my account from their service .after this review.
Realy hope nobody else will get involved with them.

A helping hand

I have had a business relationship with MyGermany for the past years. The relationship has been smooth in many shipments. The ladies who work in the customer-facing roles have been polite and helpful. They have been able to manage different orders with the same agility. This attitude was followed even when there was an issue; they tried to achieve a solution as one in the organization.

Hello again
This is a follow up review for MyGermany.
Finally I got my shipment and no bad thing or lost items, so regardless this problem I will rate MyGermany with 4 stars. For sure I will continue use them service the service is good the shipping prices is very fair so recommend.
I hope don’t face again any problems.

I paid foe 6 months

I paid foe 6 months, and they take every month from. My Paypal 5€ !

And I received my first shipment broke

I am always happy and trust Team at…

I am always happy and trust Team at MyGermany.com. They are very helpful, professional and really dependable. Never thought to move to other company to handle my package from Germany.
Price is reasonable too.
