Buyer beware

- Very long time to shipping. This made the purchase less valuable as I needed the product for an event.

- No refunds of any kind on purchases made with a discount. This is important as the site advertises a discount on your first purchase. However if you have an issue you have no recourse.

- Refunds are only in the form of store credit. My shipment was lost and when I requested a refund I was only offered the option of store credit. Which after everything else wasn't optimal as I no longer wanted any of their products.
