No timely refund if sold used gift card
I was sold a used gift card by MyGiftCardsPlus.com and they have not responded to me nor refunded me in the 35 days since I initially contacted them. I bought a $50 Victoria's Secret card from them on March 11th, 2026 (Order # 17732-86307-1780-da9b). Immediately upon receiving it, I discovered it had a $0 balance. Victoria's Secret customer service told me by phone that they could see that the entire balance of the gift card was spent in-store on March 6th, before I ever bought the gift card. I promptly filed a complaint on the MyGiftCardsPlus website, emailed them, and left them a voicemail. It has been 35 days without any communication from them. I want my $50 back!

Suspended account, do not waste your time.
After a decade of buying gift cards they suspended my account for a rule that suddenly I am breaking even though I have done it unknowingly and legitimately for a decade. Not worth my time. Avoid them because you may run into problems when they 'enforce' their 'new' rules.
