Faultless customer service
I was apprehensive about ordering an Aarke carbonator 3 from mygizzmo, having never heard of the company. It arrived incredibly quickly and everything seemed great. Then unfortunately, it stopped working a couple of weeks later. I needn’t have worried - mygizzmo’s customer service was incredible. They no longer had the white model in stock but Hassan sent me a replacement in an alternative colour. After seeing the new colour in real life, it didn’t go with my kitchen and since the carbonator was a big investment, it was important to me that I liked it. Hassan was amazing, and arranged for it to be swapped with a different colour, and even fit the delivery around my holiday. Faultless customer service and a company I’ll definitely recommend.
