Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I paid £60 for half dead flowers that looked nothing like the picture and on top of that the card was just a white plane paper rectangle with a badly printed out message that looked like a screenshot on a small scarp of paper STAPLED to the card. I was in shock when the recipient sent me the pictures. It was really really bad. Very embarrassing experience l. Customer service doesn’t acknowledge any wrong doing. Wish I could add pictures here.

Lightning fast delivery to Venezuela
I made the payment during a layover in Barcelona and thought it would take at least a day. Instead, the flowers reached Venezuela in only a few hours. They kept me updated and helped with every detail. Fantastic experience and incredible timing.

A disappointing service. Avoid
Not a reliable service. I ordered birthday flowers for my sister, and although the system promised delivery today, the order was marked as “delivered” despite nothing actually arriving. The support team couldn’t reach the florist and told me there was “no immediate solution unless the florist responds, which might not happen until tomorrow”— and this was at only 7 p.m. local time there. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this service and will not be using it again.
