I received a faulty item, and even though the policy wasn’t clear re refunds, the team was exceptionally helpful and refunded the returned item. They’ve since changed suppliers. Great customer service and a pleasure dealing with them.
I ordered an arm brace because I was in pain. I did not expect it to take over three weeks to arrive. I also find that the edge bindings cut into my arm however loosely I wear it. All in all, not a success.
Very uncomfortable to even walk in. It digs into calf muscle. Will not be using at all. Glad they weren’t expensive. Took over two weeks to deliver

Our shipping times can range from 1-3 weeks and we do try to make this as clear as possible at points throughout the website but we're always looking to improve this.
If your order came from one of our international suppliers, we plan to make some significant upgrades in the future, which will hopefully improve many product quality and shipping times issues.
Order arrived in around 2 weeks. I asked where my product was 1 week in and received a fast reply with the tracking number so thank you for the good communication. Product works as expected.
Now received ordered item and found to be in good order.

It states based in uk. Fine I thought, I’ll get what I need when I need it, but no.. have to wait for snail mail from China. My leg will probably be better before it arrives.
