They will take your money and not explain a thing. When you have questions, good luck trying to reach someone. No one will answer your questions, you're expected to figure it out on your own even when it's their mistake. Never once spoke to an actual doctor.

I requested a prescription for a continuous glucose monitor. I informed the person on the phone that it needed prior approval from my insurance provider. I was told that they routinely work with insurance companies and there would be no problem. I was billed $115 for the prescription. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by the pharmacy and informed that my prescription was ready but my insurance provider had not received a request from the doctor. I contacted Dr. Haider's office and was told that the prescription was $115 but the request to my insurance provider would be an additional $115. I declined to continue with the prescription and they promised to issue a refund. When no refund was issued I filed a dispute with my bank. Dr. Haiders office contacted me and said if I lifted the dispute they would issue the refund. I trusted them and lifted the dispute. No refund was issued and when I contacted them they informed me that they could not issue a refund because I had not cancelled my dispute. This was of course untrue and I had to refile a dispute which is currently pending. This has been dragging on since August.

Great people and very easy to deal with. Just some simple questions answered and you are all set. They now provide everything and the ebook has great information on how to best use the meds. With everything going on today…you have to be crazy to not at least have one of these kits at home ready to use. I will def use them again. Angelo is usually who i deal with and he is spot on and contacts you exactly when you ask him to.

My name is Ferlyn Abram. My husband Brian talked to a person name Clark we remember his name clearly as he was so rude to me when we were asking several questions about the medkit. We ignore his rude attitude as we need the medication, when we asked if the total amount would be $165 he said yes no additional cost and that's the total amount already but the pharmacy called and asking for payment I said the person we talked to told me that there would be no additional payment as it covers everything, unfortunately the person lied to me
