My experience with My Guardian has been excellent. The services provided are top-notch, and the staff in the office are knowledgeable and efficient. A huge shout and recognition to the lovely Lorraine. She is incredibly sincere and warm towards her clients needs and is always willing to help, going above and beyond. This has been evident multiple times with respect to my fathers care and essential requirements. Couldn't ask for a better dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator and company. Highly recommended.

I have been with My Guardian for over a year and have found all the office staff very friendly and extremely helpful with my queries and needs. My domestic lady is amazing, my medical assistants including my Physiotherapist are very experienced and professional, the drivers that take me to appointments are pleasant and helpful and my gardener is great. I would definitely advise anyone needing a provider or wanting a change to contact My Guardian for their options.

Care and Communication with My Guardian
Whenever we have contacted the My Guardian nurses or staff with a problem to solve with the care of my Dad, they have been very quick to respond. They are quick to offer help and to follow up on any questions we might have.
The carers looking after my Dad are very kind, patient and compassionate. My Dad really likes them as people and they have formed a friendship with him.
This helps us a great deal because we all live in New Zealand and only get to see our Dad once or twice a year.
It is such a relief to know he is being looked after in this way.

They are delivering an outstanding service to my elderly Father who suffers from Parkinsons disease. Providing a service that goes beyond the standards of quality care.
We have been with My Guardian for 4 years now and I have already seen outcomes achieved like assistance with advocating, domestic duties, transportation, recieving Reports and Allied Health Services. The assistance has empowered my Elderly Father increasing his self esteem, self confidence and independency.
Their staff are respectful and professional. In particular Nesrine. Delivering services quickly and effectively. She displays passion, empathy and a caring nature. All this has helped with amazing outcomes that have already been achieved successfully.
I would also like to thank Tweet, her assistance with domestic duties are outstanding, she is punctual, courteous, respectful, she displays patience and initiative.
