Colis Privé sucks/probably some issues for buyers in France
They have very good products and good deals but unfortunately, the company (Colis Privé) they use to ship the products in France is so so bad. I'm sure they mean well and people living nearer to the Netherlands arrive their products on time, but Colis Privé constantly delays their packages for days, even weeks, for no apparent reason. The My Hair Shop customer service replies fast to emails and are professionals, so I have no issues with them on that front. I just wish they would use another shipping service for France as Colis Privé is notoriously known for having a bad reputation in Francophone Europe for its terrible customer service.

The delivery has happened exactly in the expected time, although postenl sometimes is just not the maximum of the service.
