Money was deducted without any approval

Convenient and reliable. Very professional, highly recommended.

What I disliked was additional charges without my consent. I made one small charge and a few days later, I found a much larger charge which I did not authorize.

I emailed the company with a query, I got an email response saying my query would be handled shortly. Soon after a received a second email from a consultant dealing with my query. He assured me that all efforts would be made to rectify my situation asap.
I trust that this will be done as promised.

Up till today i have not received any money back from you.
Money have been taken from my account on the 1st,8th and16th September.
I now received another notice today that more money will be collected on the 28th.by nowgadget and that i have a account balance of 55.80.E.
This is not satisfaction at all. I am deeply concerned.
I am satisfied with feedback that my money woud be payed back but why deduct more money after that promise that was made by email and notice on the 7th of August 2025 that my money would be payed back.
In Europe it is not much money but here in South Africa it means food on the table.

I hope that your company will add also electric items to sell as Computer external hard drives and Small LED TVs and computer screens. Was looking for those items but did not found them.

A scam,
I didn't order anything off their site but got charged.

Claire was very helpful and supportive. I faced an issue with my subscription, but she handled it professionally and resolved it quickly. Good customer service!

I felt the need to unsubscribe my membership and focus on essential things in life. Thank you for the service.

complete scam - I never signed up to them yet they took money from my bank account - when I cancelled they tried to charge me a cancellation fee!!

UPDATE 3: I complained and accused them of blackmail and they quickly completed the refund without further demands. I will not re-instate the star I removed as their blackmail attempt was underhand and illegal.

UPDATE 2: They did not refund me and are now trying to blackmail me by saying they won't refund me unless I delete this review!! What a nasty and illegal bunch this lot are. This is what their email said

As part of our policy, we kindly ask that reviews be deleted before refunds are issued. This step is essential as, unfortunately, we have had many cases where customers have not updated their reviews after receiving refunds. This may unfairly impact our brand reputation, even if we have resolved the issue. Please note I have personally deactivated your account from our platform.

In light of the measures taken to resolve the issue, we kindly ask you to consider removing your public comments or reviews, as they may continue to impact our platform even after the issue has been resolved.

“IMPORTANT: Please note that deleting your review serves as vital evidence submitted to our Payments Department to ensure that your refund is processed within 3-5 days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.” If for any reason this does not happen, you are free to re-evaluate and re-write your review."

UPDATE: They eventually refunded everything and deactivated my account and even apologised - but I'd still be very wary of them and not sign up unless you are absolutely sure that you understand all the terms that they impose (without asking you to confirm your agreement during the sign up process - you are expected to read all their terms and conditions to find out about things like the cancellation fee).
