I cannot express how completely wonderful the service was both with Chris and Halo,Chris worked out the problems with me to be able to obtain this bit of security that I have now when I am out walking with my little dog, and the set up was a breeze, everyone was so patient with me thru the learning process, I will definitely refer both Chris and Halo Alert, to all the seniors that live in my building, thanks to everyone

These people are amazing!! So kind and knowledgeable, they make it easy for you to get one and make you feel safe and secure which was a big worry for me. They also helped after I got it to help set me up. Amazing!!!

When the technician made a follow-up call, she answered all my queries as to why the battery was not keeping it's charge for more 24 to 36 hours. Also I really hope that eventually, they make a longer wrist band.

My test went very smoothly. Directions were very easy to follow.
Carly was extremely patient as there were delivery issues but everything worked out.
She's a very happy & friendly lady. Very pleasant to talk to & answered all my questions.

I received my alert button this morning, plugged it into the charger, waited the allotted time, tested the battery strength.
When every thing checked out I pressed the call button and received a very quick response.
Very great people to work with. I hope that they don't have to find me in the garden somewhere, but certainly comforting to know that they can if necessary.

It was very easy to set up the unit to start charging and once I contacted Carlie for assistance she explained to me how to use the unit so that I could share it with my father. The instructions were very easy to follow and it's a really user friendly device. I feel very safe knowing I have the app to help me with notifications as well. Very happy with the customer service!

My experience with Holo Alert has been great. All questions I've had were answered quickly and expertly along with appropriate videos to help.

The battery on the alert item does not last as long as advertised maybe 3 days at most and has to be charged constantly,should this be replaced?

I found the company employees good to talk to and very friendly, quick to respond when testing device after charging device, and contacting me when battery was low.

I am happy that anyone answering an alert is in Canada & being a small company I believe that there will be a quick response
