I would be very happy to recommend My Homebuyers, my experience with them was professional and stress free. I was helping my elderly mum to sell her house to move into more suitable accommodation. Kelvin was very honest and clear every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. The price I was offered at the beginning was the price on got on the day of the sale and at no time did I feel pressured or hassled into any decision. Using the company really helped a very stressful time be a little less stressful!

AFTER A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH A USELESS INCOMPETENT ESTATE AGENT, I WAS WARY AT FIRST USING A PROPERTY BUYING COMPANY. AS HAD 2 VERY NEGATIVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES WITH SOME, BACK IN THE 00'S.

***EVERYTHING HE SAID WOULD HAPPEN, DID HAPPEN***, AT EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS, HE WAS CONTACTABLE AND LISTENED IF I HAD ANY DOUBTS, RELATED TO MOVING.
KELVIN HAS A REALLY Calm SOOTHING AURA, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND MY HOMEBUYERS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HASSLE FREE FAST SALE, USING A COMPANY THAT DELIVERS ON THEIR PROMISES, AND PAYS £750 TOWARDS LEGAL FEES AS WELL.
I HAVE MOVED HOUSE OVER 40 TIMES, AND HAVE SEEN PLENTY OF HOUSE SHARKS WAITING TO LEAD VICTIMS UP THE GARDEN PATH, AND NOT SEE A SALE THROUGH FROM START TO FINISH.
MY HOMEBUYERS IS A UNIQUE SURE FAST WAY TO SELL.
EVEN THOUGH I AM RESTING AT PRESENT, WHEN I MAKE MY FINAL PURCHASE,( A Definite COSTAL Move) .

We are extremely happy with My Homebuyers process in particular the service by Kelvin. Our house sale had fallen through twice and we were desperate not to lose our ongoing purchase so we contacted My Homebuyers. From our very first call through to the day of completion it was extremely straightforward and stress free which was a breath of fresh air considering what we had just been through. The offer from My Homebuyers was less than if we had gone back on the market, but it was worth every penny to us to not lose our dream home and have to start all over again.
