I bought a table and a sofa, the quality is soo amazing, I'm very happy, it's better then the ikeas quality, at least for tables and sofas

I ordered some furniture and the table was not new. The legs were used, damaged and probably already exposed in the shop.
I asked to change them and I was offered two options: Go to their shop personally and change them (I do not have my own vehicle, and the legs are very heavy), or wait untill the beginning of May to get them delivered from them.
To buy a piece of furniture it takes me 4 months

Unbeliavable customer service.... I ordered a "puff"/ottoman. This ottoman was round and cost 600 DKK. I received a different ottoman that was square and cost 350 DKK. In the shop they told me to make a complaint so I can get the right item. After contacting customer service, even 3 days later, she tells me "but I can see it is the correct color". Well, yes, but that's the only thing that matches my order. It is like they don't even read my *VERY DETAILED* e-mail, but they just write something so I shut up. Mistakes are human, and it is completely fine, as long as you admit it and try to fix it. That would have been ok with me, but instead she argues with me that she is right and I am wrong. Now, all the phone lines are closed, can't call, I paid, and received no item. This is not the first time I have issues with My Home Møbler... Aside from their illegal marketing strategy, where ALL THEIR ITEMS are ALWAYS on sale, they also do not deliver on their promise. I am beyond dissapointed.

I bought several pieces of furniture from myhomemøbler in Aalborg including a sofa bed, bed, dining table, and chairs.
The normal prices are higher than the ones you can find in IKEA or Jysk, but the quality justifies it. However, there are very good offers almost always available (up to 50 or 70% discount!). After several months of usage, I am really satisfied with the quality of what I have bought.
Also, I appreciate the help of shop assistant Camilla Nielsen, who helped me with counseling.

In the Vejle shop the shop assistants went out of their way to be helpful and informative. They made sure that we were happy with our purchases and that we understood that we were free to return any item that proved to be unsuitable - as we did with a table that when we got it home it was obvious that it was wrong for the room. The return was hassle free and the shop was very kind about the whole thing. We were exceptionally happy with the furniture we bought and with the service we received to the extent that we bought all the furniture we needed from them.

I will never again buy anything from this shop. I bought my sofa in November 2018. After 11 months, I made a complaint because the sofa began to fall in one place. All I felt was wood and metal, not the filling underneath the material. In response, I got that it was a bad use, and they recommend sitting in a place without joints, and they recommend buying a top mattress for sleeping. When you buy a sovesofa you do not buy an extra mattras, because it should be comfortable. It is crazy how you can write something like that. This year, I noticed that the material ripped apart. The company said that 2 years have passed and they will not accept my complaint, and that one has expired. I do not recommend it.

Good experience, I love my bed, and I caught it at a 50% discount , so I can’t complain. Was pretty simple to set up and build, took about 1 hour. Reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is cuz I want to see how long the bed will last. But again for the price I can’t complain and it seems pretty good quality. And I can pull it apart if I move which is also cool.

Poor customer service and long waiting time (we made order on 28th of June and until now 4th of August has not been delivered!!). Not recommended!

Instead of mirror which I order they send me some shelves which I did not order at all. After dealing with customer service they find solution - send those shelves back to them, then I will receive my mirror to nearest GLS shop as soon as possible. I made order on 28th of June and my mirror has not been delivered yet. It is almost one month waiting time!!! It is insane! I do not recommend My Home Møbler.

Update: I received the mirror on 7th of August, shipping time is very very looong, that´s why my evaluation is ** only.

I ordered a bed but the time for delivery is around two months then I forget it so pls arrange the time for the delivered items.

I sm still waiting for the order, almost one month after the estimated delivery date. I have wrote several times to myhomemøbler and i am told that the furniture Is with freight company for a month now and that I will have my order delivered soon. This must be a big lie and I would like to hear from them the real reason.

I so love listening to Michael dandanell , I would love a cd I could play , it would be on in the car the house every where ,he has such a beautiful voice, and looks like a beautiful person to don’t stop singing ❤️❤️
