After logging on to MHMC website
After logging on to MHMC website to inquire on conveyancing costs, i received quite a few calls and emails which i should've expected. On the one occasion where I was able to have a conversion, it was with Hollie where her clear explanation of what MHMC service could offer and the interesting quote emailed to me prompted questions which i could ask via whatsapp. Here Lyndsey was able to answer all my questions. Both Hollie and Lynsey have been very helpful 10/10 :)

So far so good. Sean was great in helping me understand the various steps and costs. Bit of a transition when referred to solicitor and online system but Sean was available to answer my questions and concerns. I'm now in communication with the solicitor and feel comfortable going forwards.

You get what you pay
Plain and simple, this is one of the cheapest solicitor you can find, and you get what you pay. It's not bad, it's just the way it works. Every solicitor probably has tens of cases to follow, and their response won't be as quick as with some other solicitor that is basically dedicated to you. If you agree with this, they're OK. If you need quick turnarounds and responsiveness, look somewhere else but expect to pay two or even three times more.
