It feels like a hostage situation..
It feels like a hostage situation... After 10 months, I believe I have received legal advice that is not in my best interests. I have repeatedly asked for an independent legal review for over a month, but every request has simply been referred back to the same Legal Technical Team whose advice I am challenging. The complaints process has therefore provided no independent oversight, leaving me with no effective way to challenge legal advice that continues to delay my purchase and cause significant financial loss. It feels like I am taken hostage by this company.

Lots of form filling and attachment's to do but self explanatory. At 82 it's a bit daunting but managed it. The initial setting up was done with the help of Sandra, lovely lady stayed on the phone for guidance for nearly an hour, brilliant!
