Lousy cleaning, lousy customer service
First, I've had a very lousy cleaning by someone from Hoper. Next, having signaled this to their customer service, instead of themselves calling me, they made this cleaner call me as according to their procedures I am supposed to explain to him what I didn't like about the cleaning he has done. Anyone ever having had a bad cleaning understands this doesn't make sense. Basically they trust their contractors more than their customers. When I pointed this out to the customer service I got a long smart-ass email back instead of help. Not recommended
