Very easy to work with
I have found that Inna and her team are very competent and businesslike in their dealings with me. However, they are also very friendly and helpful at the same time. Although I have had problems, they have never been caused by My House Online. In fact Inna always goes the extra mile to try and help. I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone who is wanting to either sell their property, or who is wanting them to manage a rented property.

This is a totally genuine review. Inna from my house online is a true professional with lots of knowledge. She is very trustworthy and alwaysmake sure my properties are rented out too good quality tenants and she regularly inspect the properties and sort out any problems. I can highly recommend this company and I will continue to use her services and handover more of my properties to her when they become available.

Rented property in the Dereham area.
We used My House Online to rent out our property in the Dereham area. We met Inna beforehand to discuss the type of tenants we hoped to get and within a few days we had a list of prospective tenants and viewings to match. The process was simple and easy and Inna was always on the other end of the phone to answer and questions. Very efficient and having used several agencies over the years we would definitely use My House again. Highly recommended.
