Refused my verifier because they were listed as a trainee accountant because they said my verifier needs to be in full time employment. They are and I ended up paying £25 instead of £15 only for my application to be delayed. Very frustrating - not sure why they didn't call my verfier to clarify. What's the point of asking me to put down the phone number if you're not going to make use of it?
I helped my Grandson fill in the form and get these ratified by one of his teachers. I then paid the fee and sent everything off. This company claimed that the queries to the school were not answered including phone calls (which the school denies). They refused the ID and claimed that they posted the forms back. They never appeared either. We asked for the fee back as the company clearly did not honour the contract. This was refused.
