Good quality

Lovely colour. The plate is a bit on the small side. The strap keeps coming undone.

The stone color for July ended up pink instead of ruby red. The names are also not visible unless you look closely and even then it’s hard to see. The pictures on the site are not accurate with what I received.

Really poor quality, overpriced

I used to have a great experience with you(five stars) but one item from my last purchase was horrible. i ordered custom earing of my cat face. It was supposes to be the cat head only (like the exemple on the website who represent a dog head.) I send you an excellent photo from wich you can isolate the head, You engraved all the photo. The result is ugly , it's a mess ...impossible to recognise it`s a cat.

Ordered a 16 inch chain, received a 13 inch chain.

These were a perfect match to the blankets I got my granddaughters for Christmas.Shiping was fast. I love the way they fill can't wait for them to open their Valentine's gift and see the pillow

The earing were very small and I couldn't even see the date on them. Not worth the amount i paid for them. Sadly.

I received my handkerchief for my daughter for her wedding & where it says Love Mom & Dad, the L is missing from the Love, I send an email stating this, but I have heard nothing back, I also sent a picture.

I thought infinity was just a brand, rather than an indication of the time taken to fulfill the order. I ordered some earrings in May 2025, it is now November 2025 and the order hasn't been shipped. I've emailed to chase my order but have had no response. I think they're a scam

Absolute rubbish website they listed something and sent something else. Product was cheap ntg looks like the photos they listed on website some iteams are missing. When I emailed them for return and refund now they don’t respond I’m completely unhappy. please don’t purchase anything from them you will just waste your money.

MyInfinitys Jewellery has been so poor that I feel it’s important to warn others.

I originally ordered rose gold personalised rings. What I received was silver, but I didn’t complain at the time — I just appreciated receiving something. Unfortunately, the rings began to discolour quickly and the engraving was so faint it was barely readable.

I contacted the company and they sent one replacement, but the same issues happened again — wrong colour and poor quality. Most recently, I sent photo evidence showing the problems. Their response? To tell me that the order was “indeed rose gold” and “correct” — completely ignoring the fact that the quality was unacceptable and the engraving was unreadable. And obviously the photographs, yet again prove the colour is incorrect.

I have been patient and polite, even asking for a different product as a final resolution, but their dismissive replies show little interest in actually resolving the problem. I have spent good money and received nothing that meets the quality or description advertised.

This has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. Poor quality control, repeated mistakes, and unhelpful customer service mean I could never recommend MyInfinitys Jewellery to anyone expecting quality craftsmanship or good aftercare.

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE - they don’t even want to bother helping me now!!
