Worst Customer Service ever. They refuse to open an account for a spanish resident due to "company policy". They don't say what is meant by that. Horrible experience.

I have tried to open my account, and I had to provide additional documents, which I did by mail. Documents containing very private information, and I didn't get an acknowledgement that where recieved, nor my account has been activated 4 weeks later than creating my account. I sent follow-up emails, with no reply, and the numbers provided under Customer support seem not to exist. If this was not an accredited bank that I have done reaserach that exisits and other people in my circle use it, I would have been very scared it is a scam.

I’ve been a strong supporter of this bank, but I’ve spent the last three weeks trying to sign a loan and there’s simply no way to get an appointment to sign before a notary. I call every day and send emails just as frequently. It’s a shame. I needed the money to buy a car and someone had to lend me money at the last minute.

Registered online, sent all my documents (I'm EU citizen living in Spain with Spanish residency). They requested to send my passport again for 3 times, I did send it 3 times. They kept replying to me that they'll get back to me when my account will be open. Today's November, last message from them was in August. I've asked multiple times about what's missing to open my account and they just kept replying generically "we'll get back to you", but they never did. So in the end they just ghosted me and my account wasn't open. I went with Openbank instead as my goal was to use local Spanish platform for index funds investments. With Openbank I was able to open the account in just a day.

My friend recommended this bank due to its good investments , but I gave up after their trying to register my documents. They lose track of information , asked 3x same document and are super slow In responding. What a shame

V. disappointed, I've heard such good things about the product, but the customer service is abomnable. I put all the effort into adding details for verification, and they needed a photo of the back of my residency card in addition to verify me. I've emailed 4 times in the space of a month to see where they are at, but nobody responds. Such a shame to build a company where the product is so good, but the customer service impedes people actually using it. I'll be going elsewhere unfortunately.

Lots of great products but customer service is horrible. Nobody answers emails, nobody answers the phone after 15mins waiting, no chat... After moving all my money there, I am considering moving it back to my previous bank. App is ok, it has a improved a lot.

Very bad. Bad customer service. Very slow at buying/selling stocks to update on account. Even confirming a buy, it doesn’t show until next day. Now 3 times rejected, calling customer service…making me wait …after explaining more than 15 min. Will change all my stocks to another bank.

The worst banking experience I've ever had.
I've been trying to open an account for more than 8 months now. They've asked me for a ridiculous number of documents, like the social security number of a country where I had lived more than 13 years ago.
Every time I provided what they requested, they came back asking for new documents and paperwork.
Complete waste of time!
