I received my jaw shark

I received my jaw shark, order #46635, but decided I want to return it, it’s unused and in its original packaging. I have followed their instructions and had back and forth communication with the robot customer service for a week but I have had no contact from a human (I’ve emailed the team, twice) and still not received a return ticket! The robot customer service tells me they will send it in a few hours and each day, nothing. The customer service is appalling and I want my money back.

Order never received SCAM

I made an order #6394. I can’t get in touch with a real person. I never received my order and the bot in charge of customer service can’t find it. They stole my money and never sent it.

This company is an online scam

This company is an online scam. Payments will be taken via Shopify and nothing honoured.

Website states company registered in Southampton, no companies house listing. No responses to web bots or "customer service" email address.

Do not fall for this.
