I and my wife were sold the Jericho…

I and my wife were sold the Jericho Share plan with the understanding that it would cover medical costs we were going to be incurring in the future. I never made a claim but did pay the premiums for two years. Finally I decided to make a claim for reimbursement for a CT scan. When I called and asked if this was covered, I was told it was not covered, nor were any other procedures I described that I would likely be having. I was livid, since the plan was sold with the promise these things were covered. I immediately cancelled the plan and highly recommend that nobody else falls for this scheme called Jericho Share!!. Total waste of over $10,000.00 of my money!!!!!

This is a devil company not a religious…

This is a devil company not a religious share group. Broke my leg, had taken the Victory 10,000 add on for accidents and the broken leg qualified for everything. Had a bill for 43,000 dollars, could see there was nothing in the works for a clueless company, so negotiated 20.000 and would deal with Jericho for what my premiums went to. Following a complaint, they stated they would do everything to help me out, all the while ignoring reimbursement for what I paid. Now I'm sent into a collection agency and they sent me a EOB stating the claim has hit to long to process, I was in contact with them constantly for the whole year! Was called following contacting Healthcare.gov for healthcare, totally sucked in by a knowledgeable sales rep. Had surgery 10 days before going on Medicare. Carried healthcare responsibly my whole life, needed a year of private carrier after retiring and ran into this lower than life company. Out over 20,000 plus what the collections will get out of me. Beyond Mad at these scum.

Stay far away from them.

Whatever you do and whatever your options are, do not get this fake health insurance. Anything is better than them. They charge you a lot for virtually no coverage and are not helpful when it comes to that coverage. They are supposed to be a Christian Ministry-based service? There is nothing charitable, faithful, or positive about this organization. Stay far away from them.

since Sep 2023 I am trying to get this…

since Sep 2023 I am trying to get this company to pay 319.78 that was a covered visit to a pediatric doctor. They have been contacted over 10 times by the doctor, and myself. We have sent in the paperwork requested, and they decline it every time for missing information, or wrong code, etc. Now I get mail stating Jericho will not pay for this bill because we did not have it paid by them in a timely manner when it was Jericho that has been declining the claim. We have spoke with the customer service, up to management, and the results are the same. They request information, and it's declined due to missing information.
I received email today stating they were not covering the bill due to the time to pay was passed, but we have been trying for over a year. I spoke with the manager at the company and he admitted he has the original submission and will send it back over for processing. This is another stall tactic. I would like this bill paid based on the contract I had at the time, and would like confirmation this was processed and paid per the contract.

Its a scam

Its a scam. The 5 star reviews are fake. They don't cover anything they promise you. They're hiding behind religion to scam sick people out of 1000s. I've been promised a refund for 2 years now and they come up with any and every excuse to not pay. They've even gone as far as changing my email and mailing addresses to claim they sent something and use that as the excuse. They've sent refunds in the wrong name. They'll even straight up hang up on you. These people should be in prison. I was lied to by them to get me to sign up. I cannot express enough how horrible this company is. They're scammers and cons. They don't pray, they prey. You are better with no insurance

So Sorry

WELL !!! was looking for insurance because my husband and I have a lot of medical stuff going on. A few days after I spoke with them I was able to get Medicaid. I called them and told them I have found insurant and that I need to cancel. They told me sure. updated: my husband had to get new debit cards because we had a lot stuff that we usually don't see. They told us that their canceling our cards. I then get two emails this morning saying my card was declined. So I call them. First of all they could not find my address in the system. They kept looking and looking. Then this manager gets on the phone and said my card didn't work for this month. I didn't tell them my card was changed. I asked them how much have I been paying and hey stated $287.90 I told them I had canceled that a few days after that. They said well I don't know what to say. I never got a ins card or nothing. Please don't waste your money or time. I think we should get together and get a law suit going.

They don’t deserve even a one star but you can’t leave a review without one. They are horrible. Overcharge you and nothing is ever covered accept maybe like $100.00 if that. To top it off I was contacted by my credit card company because of suspicious activity. I don’t use this credit card accept to pay my premium. Come to find out their system was compromised and no one bothered to email or contact me. They are a sham. Can’t wait until January 1 when my new good and real insurance kicks in. The funny thing is it is less expensive and covers everything like insurance companies are supposed to.

2022 no health coverage

When I first singed up for jericho share the representatives told me that my doctor took their coverage but when I showed up for my physical come to find out that I wasn't covered. I checked several other doctors in my area and none of them took jericho share although on the site they were listed. I tried using the dental coverage with the same result.

On my insurance card states is not an insurance card.
Hosptial said they could not use it as an actual insurance coverage.
When trying to get reimbursement for all that I have paid, was told I need to get provider to submit UB04 tax id of UCSA form, hospital can't because there is NO COVERAGE. Both ids would have been generated at the very start, if this was a valid insurance policy.
Stay far away from this company.
Not what they say they are.

SCAMMMM!I wouldn't recommend this insuransce to…

I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. I was paying insurance monthly for dental and medical which was 1300 a month. I have 3 small children and well visits were supposed to be included for their monthly checkups. Not only did I not have medical insurance to cover their appointments I never even had dental insurance. I paid 1300 monthly and had to pay 1300 in well visits and 371 dollars for each dental app in my family (there's 5 of us) because my insurance I was paying for didn't cover these things. I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS COVERED THAT I NEEDED BEFORE I SIGNED UP! WHAT AM I PAYING 1300 a month for? every time I called them I got different answers from different people. When I finally canceled my insurance they still charged me every month and I had to get a new debit card because every time I called them about this issue they said they canceled it yet I was still get charged. WHAT A SCAM!even though I got a new debit card they still call me to try and collect a "failed" payment for insurance I ALREADY CANCELLED. they took thousands from me that I can't get back.

Awesome people!

These are extremely kind and caring individuals and I adore Jericho Share, and their declaration of deeply held principles. I can afford the programs that they offer. It was very simple to register. Choosing the program that would work best for my needs required additional consultations, which they were happy to do.

Great experience for me

Being with the amazing people here was a great experience for me. Everything was a terrific experience, from initially signing up to having additional questions being handled. The services you'll receive from this organization come highly recommended. They took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the program with great patience.
