The Keto Diet app has been a great tool for tracking my progress and holding myself accountable. Daily consistent tracking of meals and weigh-ins has been the key to losing 30 pounds in four months. I am 1/3 of the way toward my goal weight. And I feel amazing.

I’ve reached personal goals using this app 2 times throughout the last 3 years. Simple, accurate and almost perfect
I truly love the simplicity and tracking capabilities of this app. The Keto diet requires the majority of your meals be homemade for proper measurement and that’s great for me because I’m retired and love to cook. I’m also an empty nester. My husband and I both use your app and, like many couples find much more success have discovered a greater rate of success when we do things together. The only reason I’m not giving a 5-star review is that we can’t share my recipes.

This app makes it super easy to log my food and track my macros. I was able to lose 35 pounds very easily and have maintained my new weight for over two years. This app slightly gamified the weight loss journey and made it fun and somewhat of a personal challenge to see how many days in a row I could hit my goals. I can’t imagine putting anything into my body without first checking the macros against the app.

Honestly, do not buy it! SCAMMERS! They have such a shitty way of stealing you, they start by saying is free, then that you need to pay this minimal amount and after this and this too, if you want the app to work properly this too, if you want to have access for a whole year cheaper, another amount and so on. And after even if you deny most of their extras, your card will still be charged every month under different names and they don’t agree refund nor nothing, they say you signed for it. Of course I’ll get my refund with revolut but be warned!

Can't even manage my account to cancel. Went to my email to manage subscription , and it sent me an email saying click this link , then comes up invalid. Like it never heardof my email , even though I got it from the same email to sign up with. This a total scam , don't use or sign up with this KETO DIET APP.

Do not use this app
Do not use this app - there are much better apps out there . You cannot log your own food on the app like you can with others so very restrictive and have to make one of their meals otherwise nothing is logged . It’s not good and Ketocycle is much better . Added to that when you contact customer service to ask for your money back as you haven’t been able to use it , it’s a firm no as it’s a ‘bespoke’ digital app , it falls outside UK 14 day cooling off period .

Scam app. Beware of Dubious Charges and Poor Customer Service
I recently subscribed to the Keto Diet App but had to stop using it almost immediately because it was too much work for me. I can't comment on whether the app works or not, as I didn't get a chance to use it extensively.
However, my real issue began when $30 was charged to my account without clear notification. When I reached out for a refund, the customer service team responded with overly technical explanations about their terms and conditions, despite being able to see that I hadn't logged into their app or used their services at all.
Their refusal to issue a refund, even when it was clear I hadn't utilized any part of the subscription, felt very unfair. In my opinion, this company is engaging in dubious practices and is more interested in taking your money than providing good customer service.
Be very careful; they charged me $30 and refused to refund it, despite clear evidence that I had not used their app. They might do the same to you.
