Total SCAM. Stay away.

I placed an order for a Brand New OEM 2018-2020 Ford key, and the packaging it came in also says it is "Brand New OEM".

But upon inspecting the key I received, it is very clearly NOT brand new. There are scratches on some of the buttons. There are scratches, grime, and dirt all over it, etc. It is very obvious this is not a Brand New OEM key that I received.

I emailed them and got no response. I called them and it just rings and rings, not even a voicemail. Now I'm filing a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Total scam, stay away.
