I paid on 29/7/24 9,99€ for a Portable Cleaner with Card **4012 at 10:48 am.
I thought it over and ask for appliance for EU law “15 days think over” .the same with the “2minutes later” charge, for 9,95 credited to “allvipsgame” at 10:50 Same Card and Person for the same object’s purchase! I cancel also this purchase for the same reason!
Very miserable and unfair lying Customer handling!AND no Order AND object confirmation! Cheaters! Do not buy there! Only advantage: Customer Service very quick, but cheating and lying the whole time!

Referring to the Ayla Answer, I do not change my mind. Only if you refund me also the 2nd transaction,€ 9,95 allvipgames of which you have already the copy,Company which is belonging to you,the amount was debited again, slightly different but for the same merchandise,two minutes later, therefore very smart cheating,shall change my review into a better one!! Now we are mailng to each other and mrs Ayla is saying they refund only 9,99 and not the 2nd transaction, made 2 min. Later and credited, as the First one, on CYP (cyprus) societies! The lie goes forward..
Simply disgusting! They keep lying and teasing you the whole time! It is ruth and unpolite to insist in not refunding the 9,95, caused by the simply pressing the button “buy” for the previous transaction, if I knew it were from allvipgames in advance I had never pressed the button.. this was simply “robbery”.. very unfair and not honest. They make with these “Tricks” simply millions.. they have to shame themselves, but they “insist” with the lye..
Mrs Ayla the more you answer lying, the worse ist getting my review, and I am proud of it. Ayla insists saying allvipgames do not belong to them, but why while repeating the debiting due to the bad connection it comes a different amount (4cts less) and a different vendor? It stinks of robbery at 5 miles ‘ distance! Further I asked them the contact data of allvipgames, These do not exist!simply disgusting; the more they go on lying, the worse the Review will be.. Dear mrs Ayla
Anyway you justify yourself as a “mix up“ with this poor excuse without any Connection with a reasonable explaining for an Action wich took place just two minutes After the first debiting,and pushing the same button on my phone and for the same object!
I will add what I wrote now to my review..as a response to the last Ayla’s statement I confirm absolutely what I wrote here above. The second Operation of 9,95 has been done as a Repetition of the first one, with out tipping any other vendor.
Not a “mixmatch” but a scheduled trick to get richer with many people..
I confirm all this and Hope that many people will read my Review!
