Good customer service

My package didn’t arrive due to an issue with the delivery service (not their fault).

They quickly offered me several solutions, including resending the order or giving a refund.
Their response was fast and very kind, and when I chose a refund, they handled it promptly.

I definitely recommend them and will order from them again.

Thanks for sharing this. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the products. For international orders, import duties and VAT are determined and collected by the destination country’s customs office, and these fees aren’t something we’re able to charge or control at checkout.

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever it’s supported by the destination country. In locations where DDP isn’t available, duties and taxes may still be applied locally upon delivery. Because of this, taxes don’t appear during checkout for customers outside the US.

I Purchased the air dry

I Purchased the air dry. That is the best cream I've ever tried for curly hair. I've tried three other ones and this by far the best. Their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this place

Kitsch graciously making my order complete!

When I received my order I was accidentally sent the wrong hair perfume. So I emailed kitsch and got the fastest response. They ask if I wanted credit or for them to send me the correct item. Well of course I wanted them to send me the correct one and they told me to keep the incorrect one as a gift! Yay to Kitsch for the great customer service! I love all of the products and now I also love their customer service! Thank you Kitsch for making my day!

I recently purchased the Kitsch air dry…

I recently purchased the Kitsch air dry cream because it had outstanding reviews, however, I've used it for a couple of days and I am not a fan. I usually use a detangler or hair serum of some sort, and never had any problems no matter what brand. But this stuff I have to use this plus another detangler since it does nothing to make my hair more manageable. I'm also not noticing any difference throughout the day with my hair. I tried to leave a review on their website and they blocked it.
So now I know why all their reviews were fantastic. That's shady business

Deceptive Packaging -

The prodcut it self is good (Rosemary Shampoo and Conditioner. However, if you purchase the bottle version, there are 2 things you should know. 1. The bottle is almost impossible to get the product out of unless you have giant man hands. 2. I used it once, then had my husband cut into the bottle so we could transfer to a travel bottle, and the bottle was only a quarter full! The bottle is very deceptive, and this company should be ashamed of scamming its customers.

I had purchased two items from kitsch

I had purchased two items from kitsch, not shampoo / conditioner. They did not work for me, shower cap was just poor fitting and the other just didn’t work well. I submitted for a refund and I was promised a specific amount and once it deposited to my checking account it was $10.00 less. I spent several days messaging back and forth with customer service. They informed me the $10.00 was going to appear on my “shop” account as a credit. I waited almost two weeks and it never showed up as a credit.
I will never use or trust this company again.
In addition, the way the customer service department treated me towards the end of our correspondence was akin to gaslighting.
I did what was expected. I submitted a return request, I sent the items back and they held $10.00 of the money I was promised.
Horrible!!

I recently have begun to use Kitsch's…

I recently have begun to use Kitsch's shampoo and conditioner. I love it. So, when I got an email of a sale, I went about ordered some other things. In the midst of ordering, I had to leave in the midst, and came back later to finish. I guess I opened another window for the order. So the next day, on my messages, there was a note "did I want to finish my order". Only having a half a cup of coffee in me, I proceeded to fill it out and got a confirmation #. I went and finished my coffee and then looked in my email, and I had now two orders!
So, I quickly wrote back and asked if the Kitsch team would cancel the latest order, since I already had ordered,and I included both confirmation numbers. Well, I got the nicest note back, that they had caught the second order before it was filled and canceled it!
I am so thankful and grateful for the great customer service I have received! I will share my experience as well as how the products help me with friends.

I made an order in mid March 2026

I made an order in mid March 2026. Order never showed up and tracking stated it hadn’t left California for over a week. I contacted kitsch and was told it was “lost”. Kitsch’s team made another order for me and the same things has happened. It’s a month and a half since I originally ordered and I still don’t have any products but they sure have my money. Super displeased with the customer service and delivery.

I have placed 3 orders so far. My 3rd order was damaged and never made it to me by shipping company. I contacted customer support and they resolved immediately.

I love the products I have tried and look forward to trying more. I would highly recommend this company!!

They return your money back if you dont get what you need.

I asked for some pillow stuff that never came, and after 3 months, i asked why was it taking so long on Instagram message and inmediatly they look out, and notice that supply never came to Guatemala and inmediatly offered my money back and I got it. I think i waited to long to ask, but i want to rescue that they acted fast and honest about it and deliver the money back to my card.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I requested account deletion months ago, and despite multiple emails, repeated “final” responses, and even confirming data removal, my account is still active and I can still log in. They keep restarting the process and shifting responsibility instead of actually resolving the issue. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

The login you’re seeing now is from a new account that was automatically created after the original deletion was completed. That newer profile has also been submitted for GDPR deletion and is scheduled to be fully removed on May 3rd. Logging in again can generate another new account, so we recommend avoiding additional login attempts while the current request finishes.

We’ve passed this behavior along to our tech team so they can review how these auto‑generated accounts occur. We understand this situation has been frustrating, and we appreciate the feedback as we continue improving how we communicate these timelines.

Postage can be delayed if ordering from Australia but trust me the wait is worth it
Just factor delays into your ordering schedule as they use Australia's Ian mail service instead of Australia post you can expect an additional few weeks for regional areas
No issues with major city's
