Kitsch products are affordable and of good quality! I've enjoyed every item I've purchased.
The customer service dept is extremely helpful and very attentive to any issue. I'm very satisfied with Kitsch!!!

I specifically wanted the self drying caddie for my solid shampoo and conditioner but, even if their website says it can be wall mount, that has not being my experience. After falling 3 times and almost breaking the solid conditioner I bought from them...I had to put it on the floor of my shower.... even their extra tape didn't really help (and I fully followed their guide about waiting 24 hours before use etc)
Also, even though I ordered from mykitsch.dk the order was shipped from USA, witch I found weird and sligtly slow. (and not explained in the website at all)

I’ve been using Kitsch products for almost 2 years. I love the shampoo and conditioner bars. I was thrilled to see that they are now offering a liquid form of them . I recommend Kitsch products to my friends and family. Thank you for such great products. June Bryant

Why, oh why, does this website still look as though it is “UK” but goods ship from USA? No reply to my emails. Do they actually have a UK website with products that ship from UK? I finally received my shampoo & conditioner bars (from USA) and have to be honest they are indeed fantastic. Just pure frustration that no one will get back to me regarding a UK website. Love the product but if can’t source from uk, sadly, will have to cancel subscription

I cannot review the products I bought yet as I haven’t used them but I felt I needed to review the excellent customer service.
I love in Spain and my order never arrived, I’ve received a message from the Spanish postal service saying it had been returned to sender for no apparent reason?
After contacting Kitsch they duplicated the order and posted it to sisters address in the UK at no additional cost to me. The company responded promptly and professionally to all my messages. It was excellent service and I will definitely use them again I just won’t use my Spanish address.

Jessica with customer service was so helpful in correcting my order after I received an incorrect item instead of an item I had ordered. I emailed at 6:07 and by 6:20 my new item was already ordered and on the way. She was kind, responsive, and professional.

The chat works and seem to have solved a current delivery issue with my subscribed products and additional items ordered with them.

When I reached out to Kitsch, Jessica worked hard to resolve my issue. Was a great customer service experience, Kitsch lets their customers know we are all important to them.

I had an item that broke after a few uses and they responded immediately and replaced it. Excellent and responsive customer service. They also have unique designs.

I didnt receive the package as I expected, but Kitsch will send me another set, their customer service is really good

This company is AMAZING!!! Their products are the BEST. I ordered for the first time and there was an error when I received my box. I just texted the Company and they immediately corrected the error. They are a rare find. Please order as you will love their hair products. I am so impressed and so happy. Great products!!!

I had a discrepancy on an item price from the advertised price and the cart price. I reached out and they responded to my issue and resolved it immediately. They were wonderful.

I had a headband break after only wearing it a few times. I reached out to customer service and they got back with me super fast, and had a replacement ordered fast as well.

I didn't receive my order at first but quick response to the team in order to get my reordered done upon no charge to me so I thank them very much for being so diligent and such a quick response on handling my issue I appreciate it very much and look forward to doing more business with them

I emailed kitsch customer service with a question about a coupon code that they had sent out earlier in the day. I usually expect replies from companies to take 24 to 48 hours at least, but I received a reply to my question almost immediately! WOW!
Not only was the customer service representative quick with their reply, but they were also very kind and understanding, and wanted to help me solve my problem as quickly as possible. I received an explanation and resolution to my question and was asked if they could help with anything else. I don’t know when the last time I had such a wonderful, kind, prompt customer service from a company as popular as Kitsch. What an incredible team! 10/10 customer service and products. I had some issues with my delivery through my local post office but kitsch went above and beyond to make sure I got my products. Plus, I love the way the products make my hair feel so soft.

Fast and professional customer service! I had a package that didn't get delivered on time. Once I reached out to customer service, they sent a new package, which was delivered in less than a week. I appreciate the attention to detail, the rapid response times, and the care in handling this matter.
