The caddie doesn't keep the wall mount promises.

I specifically wanted the self drying caddie for my solid shampoo and conditioner but, even if their website says it can be wall mount, that has not being my experience. After falling 3 times and almost breaking the solid conditioner I bought from them...I had to put it on the floor of my shower.... even their extra tape didn't really help (and I fully followed their guide about waiting 24 hours before use etc)
Also, even though I ordered from mykitsch.dk the order was shipped from USA, witch I found weird and sligtly slow. (and not explained in the website at all)

Why no response re UK site

Why, oh why, does this website still look as though it is “UK” but goods ship from USA? No reply to my emails. Do they actually have a UK website with products that ship from UK? I finally received my shampoo & conditioner bars (from USA) and have to be honest they are indeed fantastic. Just pure frustration that no one will get back to me regarding a UK website. Love the product but if can’t source from uk, sadly, will have to cancel subscription

Customer service

I cannot review the products I bought yet as I haven’t used them but I felt I needed to review the excellent customer service.
I love in Spain and my order never arrived, I’ve received a message from the Spanish postal service saying it had been returned to sender for no apparent reason?
After contacting Kitsch they duplicated the order and posted it to sisters address in the UK at no additional cost to me. The company responded promptly and professionally to all my messages. It was excellent service and I will definitely use them again I just won’t use my Spanish address.

Jessica with customer service was so helpful in correcting my order after I received an incorrect item instead of an item I had ordered. I emailed at 6:07 and by 6:20 my new item was already ordered and on the way. She was kind, responsive, and professional.

This company is AMAZING!!

This company is AMAZING!!! Their products are the BEST. I ordered for the first time and there was an error when I received my box. I just texted the Company and they immediately corrected the error. Best customer service and products ever. Period.

I emailed kitsch customer service with a question about a coupon code that they had sent out earlier in the day. I usually expect replies from companies to take 24 to 48 hours at least, but I received a reply to my question almost immediately! WOW!
Not only was the customer service representative quick with their reply, but they were also very kind and understanding, and wanted to help me solve my problem as quickly as possible. I received an explanation and resolution to my question and was asked if they could help with anything else. I don’t know when the last time I had such a wonderful, kind, prompt customer service from a company as popular as Kitsch. What an incredible team! 10/10 customer service and products. Thank you so much!
