Bad quality product

Bad quality product : lamp stoped working after 5 use . Brush of the top coat comes a part , and bits get stuck while I put top coat .
Bought another top coat and had same problem. Customer service not helpful

No response from CS....Poor Delivery Service

Please change your delivery service Mylee!

I appreciate the main issue here is with Yodel, however, I am yet to receive a reply from Mylee customer service. My order is a few weeks old and it has not been delivered yet....When chasing with yodel I get told 'The supplier or customer has requested the parcel is held' - I have not done this. So either Mylee have, or its just Yodel being Yodel.....On the one occassion they 'attempted delivey but no one was home', Yodel have confirmed the drivers location was no where near my delivery location.....

I would appreciate a response from Mylee on this as I have had no replies to my emails ....

Customer service were helpful but…

Customer service were helpful but wouldn’t recommend ordering from Mylee directly - I’ve ordered twice and both times had an issue with the delivery by Yodel. Please change your delivery service Mylee!

Gel lamp was delivered quickly

Gel lamp was delivered quickly and was what my daughter had requested for her birthday. Despite the cost, she still doesn't seem to be able to get the gel nails to last so sadly she doesn't really use it.

Items came quickly which was a plus

Items came quickly which was a plus. But polish literally chipped next day as soon as I came out the shower. Used base coat, top coat and cured enough time. It’s annoying because I had another mylee bottle I bought which lasts for a short period of time also years ago and thought let me give this a try again. Such a waste of money. You get what you pay for.

Gel manicures typically last 3 weeks. I am sorry to learn there is an issue with the longevity of your manicures. It could have to do with the preparation of the nails before application.

To achieve the best results when applying gel polish, it's important to properly prepare your nails. Begin by gently pushing back your cuticles and removing any dead skin from the nail bed. Cleansing the nails to remove any moisture or oils that could cause lifting is also crucial. It is recommended to avoid using oils or lotions on your nails prior to starting the manicure, and to refrain from exposing your hands to hot water before or after applying the gel polish in order to prevent any adverse effects on the application.

Creating a slightly rough surface on the nail bed by lightly buffing the nails will help the gel polish adhere better. After buffing, be sure to cleanse the nails to remove any dust particles. A smooth nail bed might hinder proper adhesion of the polish. When applying gel polish, it's recommended to use thin layers and build up the opacity with multiple coats.

I ordered the full works mail kit

I ordered the full works mail kit. Unfortunately the bottle with the remover was damaged. Neren was very helpful and sent out a replacement right away whilst being very polite and kind. Excellent service. The products hold up well as well, can’t complain.

Excellent customer service

Absolutely love my mylee kit and unfortunately the lamp broke. I got in touch with the customer service team and very quickly managed to sort out a return and get a new lamp sent. In regards to the gel polish being thin, it is meant to be thin to allow the polish to cure evenly. You can build the gel polish up and adding more layers once the polish has cured and applying the next layer. Streaky finish of the polish means an uneven layer has been retrieved and applied to the nails so it's important not to add another layer of gel polish before the layer underneath has been cured.

Air bubbles happen for a number of reasons and I have listed below these reasons:
Firstly it could be to do with preparation of the nails before application. Do make sure your nails are cleansed before applying your base coat. Push back your cuticles and any dead skin on your nail bed and cleanse to remove any moisture or oils which could cause lifting. Avoid using oils or lotions on your nails before you start your manicure. Also avoid putting your hands in hot water before or after application, such as a warm shower or washing up, as this can cause your nails to expand and contract, causing gel polish to shift.

Gel polish likes to cling onto a slightly rough surface on your nail bed, and buffing the nail provides this. Do make sure to lightly buff your nails before application and cleanse to remove any dust. A smooth nail bed could cause polish not to adhere properly.

Always ensure you're applying your gel polish in thin layers. You can apply multiple layers to build up the opacity. If a coat of polish is applied too thickly it may not cure evenly, leading to bumps and lumps forming.

Please also ensure that you're not shaking the bottle of polish vigorously prior to application as this could cause air bubbles to form. To mix your polish roll it gently between your hands.
