I was previously gifted a Pomeranian charm which I love. I checked the website and saw that there is now a matching ring. I ordered the ring and unfortunately it was too small, I contacted Mylee asking if they made bigger sizes and they offered to make it bigger for me if I returned it. I sent it back and had it back a week later with a few extra beads in it. Love the ring and love the customer service too! Thank you!

The animal glasses are cute, but have cracked with careful use and cold water within a few days. Temu product?

What an easy transaction I had with Mylee London online. I was kept updated throughout on the progress of my parcel and it arrived as stated. The item is wonderful and has made me very happy. I didn't chose gift wrap as it was a gift for me but the box it came in was simple and pleasant. Will use again for a matching bracelet! Thank you. M x

Give me a refund and show the actual size of the earrings as they would not fit through my ear as to small

I ordered the personalised knife fork and spoon at first I thought it a tad expensive however when they arrived I was over the moon.. Excellent quality and the engraving was perfectly placed. I had them gift wrapped and that alone was worth the cost, beautifully wrapped/boxed, you can see this is from a high end store, i Couldn't be happier .

They were so fast with shipping and it’s just so perfect. Customer service were lovely aswell they sent an email confirming I had the write name spelling down and gave me an opportunity in case I had to change it. The jewellery quality is so immensely high and I’m just so pleased I’d highly recommend for animal lovers it’s just the most wonderful thing ever

I brought two heart shaped drinks glasses. I’m disappointed that the opening of the glasses are too small and very delicate and thin.
A waste of money.

Aload of crap don't buy I ordered 2 x dog bone urns 1 came with a chain and 1 came without and when I tried to get them to refund me the chain that I had to buy in a shop they refused to do so a bunch of scammers stay away
