Misleading practices and poor management

Exploitative management and empty promises

This company relies on deeply unfair practices and takes advantage of workers in vulnerable regions. Management, led by the founder, avoids direct conversations about fair base pay while constantly shifting the goalposts and demanding heavy workloads. Applications are essentially a bait-and-switch tactic, followed by endless weekly meetings with zero delivery on financial commitments. Lack of empathy and poor leadership make this a toxic environment to avoid.
