I am sorry to hear that your parcel didn't arrive on time, most of the parcels we send with Royal mail they get delivered on time, we pack, post the same day and they get delivered 2-3 days. In some cases Royal mail is slow I am sorry that yours got delay. I understand why the 4-star review, you're fair. Thank you for the support Paris
Beautiful set
Fantastic company to order from. Ordered 2 lunch sets, 1 wasn't great but the other is lovely. Contacted them and they sent me a new set straight away and it's great. Would definitely recommend! Also gave me a fantastic keyworker discount which was lovely

Really good product and website
Good website that was easy to use. The straws are great to drink with and the pouch is really useful too. I especially like the short straws as I haven't seen many products of this type.

Recommend great products and service
I had been looking for a sustainable option for travel cutlery for a number of weeks. The travel set is just right for myself and my daughter(both NHS workers).

Wowsers!! My first rice cooker & worth every penny, easy to use, looks amazing, cooks so well... set it up the night before & get the perfect bowl of porridge with little effort... rice has been amazing.... did I mention I love it?!😀❤️
