Amazing personal customer service from a fantastic Irish brand. I ordered 2 harnesses for my dogs. One of them I made a mistake with measurements. I emailed them and absolutely no problem in the exchange at all. So friendly and helpful. And the packaging is beautiful also. Hand packed with love. Will definitely be buying more from Mylo and Mas in the future.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback and we are always more than happy to fix what we can and try to make it better. In this area unfortunately we must say that this is not fair to us, because our accessories are one of the cheapest in Ireland as we pride ourselves in making the business as fair as possible to everyone according to their sizes. Just to give a little example, you purchased an XS harness from us which cost you (including the discount you used) 21.50 EUR, whereas in other Irish branded shops you would purchase the same product for 25-26EUR including the discount as well, because they do not make a difference between the size XS and L and they sell everything at the same rate. We work hard to provide the best, we also offer many sales where you can grab a deal nearly every other month, so this review is honestly very disappointing to us. The only thing we sell at a higher rate are pom necklaces and ID tags, because these are hand made and they take lot of time to make. We still sell them for a reasonable price anyway. We hope you understand and change your view of our prices. Thank you again for your support and feedback.
