The office manager has been very helpful in helping to choose the right size lockup. The premises is very secure and always clean and easily accessible especially as I am disabled.

Can't fault this company. Storage unit in Chester-Le-Street very secure, accessible and clean. Amanda dealt with a slight admin error extremely quickly and efficiently, which was resolved to my satisfaction. She was very professional, with a friendly and personal approach. I would not hesitate to use this company for any storage needs in the future.

My whole experience using My Lockup was excellent from start to finish. Janine was professional, understanding and very helpful. When I needed to move my belongings from a larger unit into a smaller one, Janine provided clear costs and flexible instructions. Communication throughout via email was concise and informative.
The building is secure, clean, well lit and accessible at all times. I would not hesitate to use them again and shall recommend them highly to anyone requiring storage.

Janine at the Scarborough Branch is an absolute superstar….she was kind and helpful at what was a very difficult time for me. She took care of what I needed and chose the perfect storage size, rental time and had a contact for moving my stuff. The storage itself was clean and tidy and easy to get to. 100% recommend.

We used the Scarborough facility for almost a year.

Janine, the manager, was consistently helpful, friendly cooperative and supportive introducing us to various support services as we needed them. Nothing was too much trouble.

The facility is clean, easily negotiated with plenty of equipment and two lifts. The access is easy to use and is open for most of the day.
