Excellent, responsive and most importantly human customer service. London Power resolved a complicated meter issue for us which our previous supplier was never able to sort out. We have been extremely happy with the service and we appreciate the model of renewable energy and fair pricing for low income Londoners. Highly recommended.

One of the biggest selling points of London power in my whole experience with them has been their extremely accessible customer service. Value for money and excellent customer service
Switched to London Power over a year ago and can't believe the savings I've made. So much cheaper than my previous supplier that I'd been with for years. I thought switching would be awkward but was so simple and I saved over £200 in my first year.

London Power has great prices for energy for Londoners. Octopus energy are the ones who really run it. The customer service is always on point. You ask a question once and they get things done! Really quick and helpful customer service - the team are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. You respond to a particular person and can see their name and photo, but if they aren't available is picked up by someone else. For example, Sophie today got my final bill at my old residence sorted within one hour of me emailing.

I love that when I get an email from them it’s not a ‘do not reply’ one. If there’s ever any issues I just reply and a very helpful individual gets back to me ASAP. Normally with the issue already sorted. Great stuff.

I had to contact Octopus Energy today to discuss my account. I spoke to a lovely young man called Adin, who was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He fully understood my problem and was able to offer a very satisfactory solution. I can’t praise their customer service team enough and I would highly recommend Octopus Energy as a provider of gas and electricity.

Lost log in and smart meter enquiry Sophie
I forgot my log in details and Sophie sorted that out for me within 24 hours.
I also sent a request to find out about smart meters and like before 24 hours later Sophie came back with reply that I was on a waiting list so when it came to my area for installation i would be on there as i showed and asked about the meter.
