I‘m a returning customer; I left due to the contract rates, but the returning rate was better!
But more importantly the customer service is excellent, especially when dealing with KRYSTLE today, my request for a different direct debit amount, most efficient and helpful!

There was a mix up with my account and basically I suddenly owed about 400£ for one month. I was totally freaked out and panicking. I sent an email and Hayley was able to quickly and professionally rectify the situation, and she was super friendly, which doesn't always come through in emails, she really made me feel like I had nothing to worry about.

Have been with Octopus Energy for a couple of years and when moved house recently the customer service was excellent. They helped dealing with the existing energy provider and provided all the details of the process. Always helpful when dealing with my account and Krystle was patient and great at helping me maintain my current level of direct debit for the new property.

It was so nice to speak to a human being! My current supplier Eon, don’t answer calls, emails or even their online chat! Nikita at Octopus was so extremely helpful, friendly and knows her stuff. She helped me sort everything out to change to them without any fuss and made me feel I am a valued customer.
Just like catching up with an old friend
I have never had such a pleasant experience speaking to an utility company. I am currently moving and there are some complications with another energy provider at the new place. Hayley who answered my call was incredibly friendly and patient with all my queries, went the extra mile in providing all suggestions and practical solutions for each potential scenario. The whole call felt more like catching up with an old friend rather than dealing with something that is notoriously known to be stressful!

Few teething problems switching from EDF to Octopus but kept in the loop with regular emails from them.
