I contacted octopus with an enquiry

I contacted octopus with an enquiry, which was answered within a few hours , and my query was all sorted and dealt with for me within a few hours.
I had nothing to do as Krystle did everything for me.
Am a happy customer ! 🙏🏻

A returning customer!

I‘m a returning customer; I left due to the contract rates, but the returning rate was better!
But more importantly the customer service is excellent, especially when dealing with KRYSTLE today, my request for a different direct debit amount, most efficient and helpful!

Great experience 👍

There was a mix up with my account and basically I suddenly owed about 400£ for one month. I was totally freaked out and panicking. I sent an email and Hayley was able to quickly and professionally rectify the situation, and she was super friendly, which doesn't always come through in emails, she really made me feel like I had nothing to worry about.

Excellent customer care

Another very positive phone call with Octopus Energy.
Krystle showed a lot of care in sorting out an embarrassing situation with finance.
This company has exceptional website, caring attitudes and treats customers as individuals.

Excellent Customer Service

Have been with Octopus Energy for a couple of years and when moved house recently the customer service was excellent. They helped dealing with the existing energy provider and provided all the details of the process. Always helpful when dealing with my account and Krystle was patient and great at helping me maintain my current level of direct debit for the new property.

Great customer service,
It was easy switch from British Gas to London Power; LP is much cheaper than British Gas and other suppliers, customer service: quick response as always whenever you need them, easy to send your meter readings.

It was so nice to speak to a human…

It was so nice to speak to a human being! My current supplier Eon, don’t answer calls, emails or even their online chat! Nikita at Octopus was so extremely helpful, friendly and knows her stuff. She helped me sort everything out to change to them without any fuss and made me feel I am a valued customer.

Just like catching up with an old friend

I have never had such a pleasant experience speaking to an utility company. I am currently moving and there are some complications with another energy provider at the new place. Hayley who answered my call was incredibly friendly and patient with all my queries, went the extra mile in providing all suggestions and practical solutions for each potential scenario. The whole call felt more like catching up with an old friend rather than dealing with something that is notoriously known to be stressful!

An easy and friendly switch

I have just switched to Octopus Energy and so far it's been very straight forward. I had a query about my new account and received a friendly reply back from Emina, from Customer services. I am hopeful the great service will extend to the continuity of the contract. Thank you.

Great Customer Service!

Few teething problems switching from EDF to Octopus but kept in the loop with regular emails from them. Emina contacted me once teething problems were at final stage and sorted quickly and efficiently by her, I’m now a customer of Octopus 🙂 Lovely friendly emails from her & treated like a person and not a number which is refreshing. If my initial positive experience continues I will be a very satisfied customer. Thanks Emina 🙂

Have just jolned London Power .

Have just jolned London Power and the tariff is perfect and the change over from my old supplier to LondonPower was without hassle,a few things i wanted sorted we're promptly dealt with,so this supplier is just what i would recommend.Thank You.

We offer a number of great value tariff renewal options and unlike many suppliers on the market, when your current plan is up, we'll automatically roll you onto the cheapest version of the tariff you are currently on. We also offer options to tailor your plan, which may include going carbon neutral or supporting local tree planting. All tariffs offer 100% renewable electricity and our carbon neutral and tree plans include carbon off-setting, if we supply you with gas.

Our vision is for energy to be affordable and fairly priced, with our tariffs going hand-in-hand with green energy. There's also no exit fees on any of our tariffs.
