Amazing! They have a really cheap prices!

It’s a scam, pretending to be Rituals (that’s a cosmetics brand I am subscribed as a member) they sent out a mail on my birthday claiming I gain a cosmetics set with 2eur contribution only due to my birthday. The branding matched Rituals official colors. My (email, phone, birthday and name) personal data were pre-completed!! Only with small letters at the bottom, it explained that 2eur is subscription for coupons on all yours vip which subscription will bet 50eur in 10days. Of course I cancelled my card and cut the loss to 2eur. Still I emailed to ask official unsubscribe process and removal of personal data, out of curiosity. The even worst scam is that then a person responds saying “I escalated your cancellation and will handle it on time, but you need to write a 4/5star review at trustpilot, mentioning how helpful I was and send me a screenshot” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My experience was great but unfortunately I can't continue since ,I'm from the Caribbean and the subscription cost is very expensive for Me .But I must say Jose was very nice ,very responsive, very kind and provided Me with good customers service ,he did great 👍

The site is somewhat confusing and the memebership conditions not easyto understand, it takes a whi le to verify. Now let us see the delivery of the items.

The product arrived and the prices are great but I didn't get an email confirming my order, only received one after the order was sent for delivery. Also I am having some issues with the support team as they are saying I subscribed to a plan which I didn't.

Still waiting my money back charged put of my information as well as confirm. They remove credit from my account and now mentioning as a favour they reinstate for customer satisfaction they will reinstate the credit so this is the offer they bring replying my refund request . Removing credit been paid through my personal card 39.95 Eur and proposing offer to re activate this removed amount to my account even if i told hundred times there is no delivery to my company so orders getting auto released not able to shop basically. Just cheating people and scamming !!!!

I had emailed due to a subscription I had not subscribed which led for £25 to be taken out of my account. The service was quick and amazing, very helpful and understanding. Big thanks to Declan.

They are scammers , charging the money of membership through your registered card , apply top up automatically scheduled without notice and even not delivering to your country do not refund. So keep saying use your charges as credit you are not able to shop. Hope people see this review and do not lose money to them.
