The item I received looks used, also don't use with alcantara steering wheel as it damages.

Very helpful and clear with the returns process

Communication was terrible, product received and after 2 uses was stuck in steering wheel,messaged to tell them how bad it was and message has been read but no answer, product is cheap and tacky don’t bother

Overall feel is good. Not quite as solid as expected and there are some quality improvements that could be made to the finish. It is easy to use and does the job very well.

I am very disappointed with MyLoque’s delivery service. They promised delivery within 2–4 days, but after 8 days I had to contact them myself. Only then did they say they would upgrade the delivery to next day. Despite this, I still waited another 6 days before the order was finally delivered by hand. This is not acceptable and shows a lack of reliability and professionalism. I will not be ordering from them again.
