Amazing !! Friendly, informative,jolly staff.Shalini was brilliant from start to finish.Nick came with the workforce in the morning,he was so professional and happily explained again what was going to happen just to make sure we were happy with everything. Jordan and Lonathan worked non stop and did such a professional job. We couldn't be happier with the finished result including our dog Phoenix who hasn't stopped doing zoomies every time she goes out on it.

My Lovely Lawn did a great job! We now have a lovely back lawn and Shalini was great on the comms throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering installing artificial lawn.

We couldn’t have chosen a better company to install our new lawn. Excellent communication from enquiry through to completion, with a very professional and hard working installation team. Adam and Dilan were absolutely fantastic to deal with to completely revamp our garden with a full install of the Mayfair. Absolutely perfect for a toddler and puppy. The whole process was easy and smooth. Most of the hard work was done over an efficient video call, everything the lads said would be the steps in the process just happened as described. Respectful, on time, courteous and hard working. Very knowledgeable all round on gardens in general. Very very pleased with the service, communication and the end result. Would deal with and recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.

Great service from start to finish. We had a few issues due to weather conditions but the team were very hands on and were able to complete the job. I will definitely be using My Lovely Lawn again!

They were easy to schedule deliveries of the materials with, arrived on time and finished the work in rapid time.
Nik and his team were also really clean and considerate of the flat during the work and even cleaned the garden down afterwards, which was massively appreciated. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

As a busy landscape gardener I contract out all my artificial lawns I get… the only company I use is “my lovely lawn” as the service and quality I get is always 5 star.

We're super happy we went with My Lovely Lawn after getting lots of quotes for our new build garden makeover. The guys managed to fit us in and completed the project in 1 day, despite it actually snowing. I wanted to specifically mention communication - we were able to discuss every aspect of the project in advance which gave us confidence we were dealing with professionals. They even gave clear instructions for where the crane delivery guy had to unload the materials in advance of the work. All this meant that the entire garden got revamped in 1 day.

They also pleasantly surprised us when we contacted them 11 months later to rectify a small issue. Where most other companies would just ignore such issues, My Lovely Lawn guys came and fixed it. No fuss, no gritted teeth or hard feelings and with a friendly smile! Nik and his team were great on both occasions - nothing was too much trouble - they listen, they do their work with great care and they're there for you if you ever have any issues with their work. Brilliant company, great service. Keep it up guys, couldn't recommend highly enough & really glad we found you.

Great work carried out by Adam and his team. Adam has clearly communicated throughout the whole project, providing regular updates. Adam came to me via recommendation, delighted to have used him. His team was amazing. Especially Nic, who talked to us every step of the work during completion. Both Adam and Nic have great knowledge and are very professional.

Don't go with cheaper quotes. This company really are superior in their field.

In October I gave them a five star review as at the the time they deserved it.

Now that we have a couple of problems with the lawn they fitted, THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW.

Tried ringing them to no avail, sent videos via Whatsapp, no response, have left voicemail asking to have adult conversations to remedy our problems. again to no avail. Looks like we will have to send 1 star reviews weekly till or if they sort the problem. According to their website it clearly states Premium quality materials with 10-years artificial grass manufacturers warranty, with 2-10 years warranty on workmanship. Obviously this is not true.

Thank you for sharing the videos with us, and we have also received your voice message indicating that you tried to reach out.

We have reviewed your correspondence I've observed in one area a structure has been placed on the artificial grass, which wasn't present when we initially installed it - it's important to note your base is composed of aggregate, not concrete, and an addition like this will void your warranty.

Your lawn was installed last year and you are experiencing these problems almost one year after, the aggregate would not be going anywhere unless it’s physically taken out of the ground or the underneath is sinking and/or ground movement and/or soil movement. I understand this could also be attributed to the performance of the soakaway that was installed by your builders. If this soakaway is not functioning as intended, it might lead to further complications. This situation is akin to sinkholes and could, unfortunately, would nullify any warranty, where this is not a defect of the installation.

It's crucial to ascertain the underlying cause of the issue. Regrettably, this isn't something we can rectify by merely screeding the dips, as it won't provide a lasting solution, and a callback. Although this may not be the response you were hoping for, I would strongly recommend consulting with a drainage specialist who can offer expert guidance in resolving the matter effectively. Once this is complete, we would be happy to quote you to make the base as it was on the completion of the installation.

Of course the structure was not there prior to plastic grass installation as there was a big hole, which My Luxury Lawn filled in with aggregate Looking at the videos sent. You can quite clearly see that the sinkage is not affected by the structure as there is a dip that the sleepers highlight.

Adam from the company was amazing!! Customer service form the team was extraordinary but he went above and beyond. Highly recommend using, 10/10

I recently used my lovely lawn for work on my front garden. Really efficient and communication was excellent. They done a brilliant job, I will definitely use them again.

Expectations were managed and i was kept informed of appointment. The team arrived on time, worked well to take existing lawn back. Applied fresh layer to level out the dips and make even. Re-laid lawn and pinned back in. Very quick and washed down garden. I would have preferred a little more material to have been put down to bring the level up to the decking, but it is a definite improvement and will monitor how this is for a while.
Team followed up very quickly and checked on satisfaction a couple of weeks later.

We have just had our artificial grass fitted and we are so thankful for My Lovely Lawn. They are truly an excellent company that have made us feel confident about the procedure from start to end. Everything went as planned and they were very professional and quick!

From start to finish mylovelylawn have been excellent . Dilan and team are very knowledgable and give honest advice. From Shalini booking in the materials to Dilan having to change my request every few days with me changing my mind they have been so so good. Not forgetting Adam, Nick and the rest of the team you guys are outstanding. The fitting is immaculate very neat & tidy. No mess left behind .
