Total con. Realised immediately that this was nothing more than a repetitive and basic plan, when in fact I had been following a low carb diet for a while and was looking for some new inspiration (incidentally ChatGBP provided exactly what I wanted and it was FOC!)
I emailed to cancel, receiving an immediate reply asking that I reconsider. I wrote again stating that I just wanted to cancel and heard nothing back, naturally assuming this would be actioned.
Yesterday, the subscription was taken from my account and when I queried this, I was informed that a further link needed to have been completed by me, that perhaps it had gone into spam etc etc.
Nonsense, and in any case if one needed to click a link, this should be made readily available via the App. I have now been told they will not refund my money and been sent a further email, asking that I confirm my email address which eventually triggers a cancellation link. It is my belief that this incredible complicated and long-winded cancellation process is intended to dupe people out of their money.
Truly, don’t bother.

I agree w all other poor reviews. Refunding and canceling subscription is impossible , typical website trap. No humans to contact, no phone number, support only puts you into FAQ list of articles. Auto duction continues to occur NO CONFIRMATIONS COME FROM THEM THAT THEY RECEIVED YOUR CANCEL OR REFUND REQUESTS. I've lodged complaint and appeal topayPal but it takes lots of documentation with LOWcarb diet to process - exremely time consuming - I'm contacting attorney general, legislator, and Better biz bureau next

Placed an order for 1 month, subscription trap/scam. Was billed monthly which was not authorized. They then claim it's in the small print. Disgusting.

it's a typical subscription trap, it is extremely hard to find a way to contact them and to cancel the subscription and when I requested a refund based on their money back guarantee their customer service was appalling. stay away!!!

I never ever ordered anything with them and have never ever received anything!!! but have been charged an amount EVERY month.
When I realized I tried to cancel and got an email that confirmed my cancellation but was charged again afterwards. Totally incorrect!!! Warning: Don't order anything here!

Just a waste of money
Just a waste of money! Purchased the plan for 3 months in hopes of new meal ideas. But it's just some basic meals, side dish I got was only potatoes EVERY DAY. Snack ideas are just sad - eat some nuts...VERY DISAPPOINTED. Some photos on the website look really yummy, but you don't get those in the plan. Would really like to get my money back for this scam!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The diet was rubbish and I didn’t use it, the plan was purchased in Jan 2023. I forgot all about it until another payment was taken this January 2024. I thought an error was made and I contacted them to ask for a refund as I hadn’t authorised the payment and was told I couldn’t have one. This is theft! The plan was rubbish and I wouldn’t have renewed. Avoid at all costs

Update: now they are still charging me without refund and no way of canceling the subscription even after contacting their support team. If they won’t fix this I will have to cancel my credit card so they won’t keep ripping me off!! Horrible experience!
