I originally ordered 6 pens. then only still on my first pen I seen my credit card was charged for more product. never asked for it. when they have your CC # they got the upper hand. I cancelled my subscription for now. when I run out and if I still need more product I'll order more on my own. i do feel like my nail with fungus on it has gotten slightly better since started using this product.

There was a time in dealing with Lunavia where I would have scored them barely a 1. After some weeks of back and forth with my questions about the product, either with no response, or the mixed messaging with the instruction pamphlet, I finally got some resolve . The resolve was with my satisfaction and I clearly felt their customer service step up. Like some reviews before me, I sure have had way too many "yanking my chain" experiences with on-line purchases and their customer service. Good on Lunavia for stepping up!

I have always had thin nails that flake and peel never growing. I hid it by having gel manicures every 3 weeks and they destroyed my nails even more. My husband had a toenail fungus on 4 of his toes and I ordered the fungus product first and treated them daily for him and it was amazing how they healed and are now perfect. So when I saw that you had a pen and hardener for nails I ordered it and after two orders of the 3 pens I faithfully treated my nails daily and they are firm and normal with some growth. It’s been 3 months with no polish and I’m now ready to put that polish back on but no gels! Thankful I tried this product Lunavia is amazing 🙌

There was a mix-up in the order. I found myself with a bill for another 79 dollars and 93 cents that I had not purposely placed and it did not fit into my budget. I wrote to the company saying they would have to refund the money because I did not purposely order that next packet. The company's response was immediate, kind and effective. I understood and refunded funny but since the package was already in the mail they gifted the extra package to this grandma on a limited income. I am very grateful. The company has been great to work with.

The informational phone call was mostly a 'selling' of additional products, never before mentioned, that are 'necessary' for the successful treatment of nail fungus.
I was so skeptical of the claim
I was so skeptical of the claims, but this is the only product I’ve seen that actually goes into your nails rather sitting on top rather than strengthening polish. I have deep ridges in my nails, genetic from my mom and grandma. One nail splits vertically that I’ve never been able to treat. I was happily shocked that Lunavia healed this nail and helped my other nails grow longer too. You have to go without polish for awhile but to worth it.

My experience
I’m a little concern about how this company market its products. I ordered online thinking I was getting 6 pens for this discounted price because I ordered the 6 instead of the 3. I had no idea that ordering the 6 came with a subscription. This wasn’t clearly stated. I ordered and received the 6 pens thinking it would only take 6 weeks to get rid of the toe nail fungus. I’m five weeks in on my treatment and the pens appear to be working. Yesterday, April 8, 2026, I get an unexpected email from Lunavia indicating my order is held up. I’m like, I didn’t order another supply. I replied to the email and called to cancel. Today, April 9th, I get an email that the order was on the way. I immediately emailed them to cancel again. I received an email reply on how to cancel the subscription. When did I order a subscription, deceitful marketing. I called and spoke with James who kindly explained the option I selected when I made my first purchase. I knew there was something up with this company when they tried to get me to setup a free 15 minute consultation call with a professional. I didn’t fall for that scam. I understand they try to sale you on a more extended treatment plan by explaining the different treatments depending on the severity of your condition. James explained this to me as well and offered a $10 discount if I continue with the subscription. I politely declined and asked him to cancel the subscription. He did so and acknowledged my concerns with the misunderstanding. I just don’t like the way they do business. My treatment looks promising and I hope this next week of treatment completely get rid of this fungus. I must say, my toenails are looking much better. Only if they stay clear.

The "before nails" are completely gone!
Well, I finally started to use my "Lunavia Nail-Strength Pen" about four days ago. Before applying it to my nails, I took time in touching each of my nails to feel their state, and boy, it was not good as it was dry, full of "3D lines". Then I applied the product and about 3 hours later, I touch each of my nails once again and for my surprise they were all smoothly, and that 3D lines were not that much evident. So I applied the product again for two more times during this first day. Today is the fourth day that I am applying it 03 times a day. I wish I could show you my nails like, before and after, because I see it and I still don't believe on what I see!!! Huge difference!!! I gave some to some friends and they are also in total awe!!! Definitively a product that I recommend to anyone out there. So, please, continue with the great work on producing this amazing help for my nails which were like easy to brake, split, and dry. Now I fell them sort of harder - even the cuticle which was before hard and dry now it is soft and delicate - like almost not in need to have the cuticles being cut out - they simply look great! I haven’t even received the product yet but did waste an hour of my day on what lunavia called a “protocol phone call appointment”. They set this appointment to tell you how to best use the product which was fine. While on the phone they’re reviewing your order and trying to tell you that for the best results you need to order the “whole package” which is $400!!!! Why would I order this if I don’t even if the pen works yet not to mention the ridiculous price?!?! I absolutely turned down this offer and realized they wait to have this conversation with you before they even send out your order, hoping to sell you more products! 3-4 days had passed since I originally placed my order and as soon as my phone call was over I then got a confirmation email saying my order was on it’s way. I’m hoping that the product actually arrives and works but after this phone call I can’t help but feel skeptical. I’m also now concerned that I was signed up for a subscription. I will have to wait and see. Hopefully they will prove me wrong but as of right now not I’m feeling somewhat deceived…NOT COOL
