Fabulous company!
Emma and the team were fabulous, they arranged everything and took the stress out of planning a trip for 14 people! Even when there was a mix up with the restaurant they were on hand straight away to re-arrange this for us and arranged complementary drinks due to the mix up. This meant we could still enjoy the trip without the hassle of us trying to re-arrange ourselves. I would definitely use the team again!

€48 bbq what a joke , you get about €6 worth of food 1 burger 1 sausage, tiny piece of chicken and salad it was booked for 23 and the chef only had food for 20 . Avoid

Hello James, Im so sorry you felt this way about our catering services. Our team always go above and beyond to provide a high quality service. We ensured after your review we spoke with the catering team who let us know that on arrival 6 of the children that hadn´t been paid for also needed catering for. At which point our chef offered to cook extra chicken that you already had in the fridge for the children to ensure they had food to as we only cater per person with the burgers and sausages etc so if the children ate some of the adults would have less food.
The menu we offer is always agreed upon prior to payment and this includes alcohol, starters and mains, all of the equipment, cleaning, set up, gas or coal for the bbq etc and we consider the price to be extremely reasonable in comparison to most catering services in the area.
We again would like to apologise if you were disappointed with the experience and we ask if you could contact us via email if you would like to discuss this further. Speak soon and thank you for your feedback. MMW Team

The girls at My Marbella Weekender were always very helpful, however the airport transfer that they arranged for us turned up an hour late which was stressful.

We would like to sincerely apologise for the delay to your arrival transfer booking. As we have discussed due to the fact that you and the girls were waiting inside the terminal building rather than outside the terminal initially the driver had to go back to his van to contact the office who then had to contact us to reach you which can take time.
With it being a bank holiday weekend the airport and surrounding areas were extremely busy meaning the time it takes the driver to get back around to you took longer than it usually would and again for this we apologise.
We are sorry if this affected your holiday at all and we hope you still had a wonderful experience with us and our team. Thank you for your feedback and have a lovely day x

I planned a hen do for 12 people through Emma's business and from the start to the end, the service was absolutely faultless. Emma and the team continually went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless holiday. We booked several things through the business including transfers, club packages, strippers and an absolutely amazing paella experience where chefs came to our villa and cooked for us – this was stand out and exceeded all our expectations!
Also, everything was very reasonable and a very trustworthy company!! I would use the company again in a heartbeat – THANK YOU SO MUCH for giving us the best weekend ever xxx

The Best Holiday Planners EVER
I cannot recommend My Marbella Weekender highly enough. Their recommendations are in top spots across the board, with their help I put together a hen do weekend that would even make the Kardashians jealous! No question was too much bother for them and their prices are the lowest possible including airport transfers. I wish this company could plan every holiday I ever have in the future! Private chef cooked BBQ - cold food :(
We had the bbq private chef come to the Villa. It was a nice experience having someone cook for you, however the food was cold and the breads where hard and the burger was raw in the middle. It was a disappointment but we was hungry at the time so we ate what we could. The chef wasn’t interactive or anything, maybe this would of made it more fun. €480 was a lot of money to spend for such a poor experience.

This is our first ever lower than 5 star review so we will definitely take everything you have said onboard.
We have spoken to the catering team and they have said that they do always ask how clients like their burgers cooked, if they want bread toasted or soft etc and they always use heated food trays so I apologise if this wasn't the case on the day of your booking.

They were amazing from start to finish from giving quotes and ideas to arranging the set up with the owner of the villa. My sister absolutely loved the decorations and it just added to our stay! Emma took all the stress out of organising a hen do for 5 girls during a pandemic, I only wish I had found them sooner to book an entire package deal through! She was very quick to respond and on hand when I needed her, making suggestions of alternative options when the beach club we were planning to go to wouldn't take our luggage and organised everything last minute. She was also on hand when our accomodation fell through to rearrange the location for pick up & hair and make up which was exactly what i needed! I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking to book a group trip and isn't really sure where to start.

Emma & Lauren at My Marbella Weekender were amazing. They took all the stress out of organising a hen party for 15 of us. They organised the whole weekend, arranging the decorations, booked a stripper, booked a pool party and booked a DJ/BBQ at our villa. They were so helpful and responded so quickly to all queries. Due to COVID we’ve unfortunately had to cancel our trip for a second time, but Emma & Lauren made what would have been a stressful situation so simple. I highly recommend MyMarbella weekend. Thank you girls for all your help!
